Super like the house! 😍 Modern yet classy and elegant. Good color combinations and accent to the house. The materials are good. I get it why the kitchen is in front. It's amazing how you fully maximized all the space in every detail. Love it! Only if I can give you likes ×10 or more than, I'll do it. Excellent work!

I love the design. However, the rooftop is not applicable when there is a heavy rain or storm. Can you re-design the rooftop?
Hm po kaya ang costing kapag 2 cr lang po sya tas 2 bedrooms pero mas malaki ang master ng konti
I'd probably screen in at least part of the rooftop, and do away with the tiny corner balcony on the second floor, but definitely an interesting design.

Hi Sir, love all your designs. By the way, I recently bought a 40sqm lot with 5x8 size and as a rule, we must allocate at least 1meter for setback or easement which I know kinda crazy. But, what design would you suggest if we're planning to build a 3-storey house with 3-4 bedrooms (tiny room is fine), 2 t&b and a garage. I'm willing to sacrifice the whole first floor if necessary. Please help. :(
