  • Jay from the Wild Swim store takes you through what he looks for in a pair of Open Water Swimming goggles, and why they've chosen to stock the pairs that they do.
The biggest difference between swimming in a pool and Wild Swimming is sunlight and glare. With two options for darkened lenses Jay explains the difference.

Jay, this is a great video, thank you for taking the time to make it. I love the fact that you are out there using the gogles when you review them; yes the audio is splashy, but that's what being out there is like. Well done you for making a user friendly, informative and inspirational video. I'm off over to the shop in the link to see about getting some. Thank you 👏

Great video but are you sponsored by Zone3? I ask as everything your wearing and talking about is from them.

Thanks for your comment James, it's a bit of a challenge filming in the water as we've discovered, hoping to find ways to make the sound better going forward!

Hello! So Jay here. My sister and I just had a chat over which goggles we would recommend. The Attack goggles are really good for a small face (I have a tiny head- they used to nick name me “bean head” in school) and they are sooooo comfortable. I can happily swim for 90 minutes with no leaking, minimal marks and usually a bit smile 😊

The lenses darken and are great. Jay used them in his first 10k swim: the sun was shining low right in the swimmers eyes at one end and then the other end was super cloudy. They performed great. Shame about Jay though. 😂. Joking he finished it
