Hi, very useful, thanks. Can you also make a video for taking the wetsuit off? Really tricky at times getting it off, especially the legs, when cold, wet and Sandy. Also, if a chest entry wetsuit. Advice gratefully received.

I have ordered one and note that it loosens up in the water but how easy is it to get out of when wet? I can get out of it dry (with a wiggle) but is it harder when wet? I didn’t size up (M) so not sure whether to risk it…

Google the Dartmoor firing times ahead of any walk into the military controlled areas. Don’t go on firing days. Don’t just wing it as shown here.

When you kicked off your sandals and flexed your red-painted toes into the sand- I felt that! (Used to live by the beach- was nice but far too many people! Now live in the woods, by a river. It's very quiet, but I sometimes miss the beach, and miss digging for dinner.) One big thing I like about living near/swimming in the river is that, the few things that wish to eat me, are very small and cannot cause harm. Our coast, on the other hand, has sharks and such, plus a lot of tourists! Much love from across the pond- thanks for taking me along for a refreshing swim!

Fiil a bottle with warm water and pour inside your wetsuit just before getting in cold water, this will reduce cold shock, my secret tip

WOOOOOOOOW... 10K butterfly is Monstruous... they have some BRILLIANT butterfly technique... Also your 3:18sec is very good.

float with a sail to get to land would that work ...double barrel float u shaped or how ...and for sport...or flat shaped , sail pole up by neck if lying on it or two poles two sails or hm or one up in front of head , or sail on strings but thats kinda hard and cant go against wind. or floats for sail on string in front of swimmer that hold s it or tied to belt. p

Loved the suit but found that the shorter zip is limiting and wouldn't accommodate my shoulders, when putting it on and taking it off. I had to phone a friend to get out of it! Sadly sent it back for a refund.

Thanks for the video, im going for my first long wetsuit swim in 2 days. Ive been a bit enthusiastic and signed up for a 4km swim. Ive done mutilple 4km swims in the pool, but im really curious how a long wetsuit swim will go. Thanks for the info and tips.
