Monty, I believe that Larry Jeffers was the father that God intended you to have. You became the person you are because of him. Great News about the Social Security. As for me, my father was married 3 times. He had a boy and a girl with his first wife.
A son with his second wife and me with my mom. I never met the first two kids, I imagine that they may have passed by now. The 3rd child, a son was in and out of my life after he got out of the Army. I always thought that we were closer. He moved in with my wife and I in the mid 90's and lived with us for about 18 months. He then decided to leave again. After he left I found that he had robbed me blind in several ways. I never spoke to him again after that and I found out last year that he had passed away in September of 2021. I do not regret never speaking to him again because I have no Sympathy for thieves. If he had asked I would have given him everything that I could. As for my other two siblings, I told myself that I would look them up one day after my dad passed but I never did. No real reason to I guess. Too much water under the bridge even if they are still alive.
God Bless you Monty. By the way, I liked Motley Crue. Please give Faith and Aragel a hug for me. I hope that I didn't bore you with my story.

Hi Monty, Interesting video. Had to call a old buddy after viewing it as when you talked about leaving to Florida in 1978 or after that big Ohio blizzard I wonder where I was. Born in Toledo Ohio. Left that fall to Florida in 1977 to Ft Lauderdale. First time recorded snow there that December. Than that Ohio Blizzard came first of 1978. Where in Florida did you settle? I could not live in Philippines as too humid for me. Also we been having some really hot Texas summers here now. There is a better chance of getting my wife from Cebu to Canada. Canada is bringing Filipinos in. With every 3 Canadians retiring only one to replace. So I like to spend the summers there then down here. My wife also has a better chance applying for tourist visa to the US in Canada they let them do it. I love the Toronto area and New York area. Well wish you a full recover there. Best thoughts
