I feel like MacOS had its peak around Snow Leopard after that Apple started to slowly merge iOS features & look and feel with MacOS. I’ve never been a big fan of that.
Ive always liked consistency; the only reason why I switched from Windows to macOS is because it looked like iOS and integrated with iPhone well.
