As an illustrator, in the early 2000's I was working as an assistant to a French children's T.V. studio (refining character model sheets), and I vaguely recall some buzzing about a lawsuit stemming from the people at Tiger Electronics who had created the "FURBY" toys that were a huge fad at that time. The commotion was geared towards a Canadian show who had a new live action character, supposedly puffy and white, with the same face and circular build as Tiger's white Furby toys. This was said to have ended with the CBC quickly cancelling that series. I came across this video you've posted while searching for lost cartoons, and upon seeing the screenshot of what that cotton-ball looked like, it reminded me of those incidents, simply because the cotton-puff really does resemble a white Furby. Please don't take this as fact, it is merely a theory based on recollection and also, because all the dates of these happenings do match up as having happened within the same era of the early 2000's. I never learned the exact details of who the show was or what ended up happening. Though, whenever lawsuits are involved, the opposing side, upon losing, usually is required to erase any prior existence of said characters/shows. Again, it's just a maybe hypothesis you might find interesting. Fingers crossed for your search and findings!
I'm sorry, but the fact that there was a kids show named "Me Too" can only remind me of "Kids, there's nothing more cool than being hugged by someone you like. But if someone tries to touch you in a place or a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, that's no good!"
The U.K. version of Me Too! is vastly different from what you’ve described. There was an older lady who ran a nursery/day care thing while the kids parents would go to work at various jobs (e.g. nurse in a hospital, night cleaner for buses, selling food on trains, etc) and the children would think about what their parents would do at work each time. The day care lady would give the parents some words of advice before they leave which would help them at work later on. The parents would have some kind of problem they’d have to solve by the end of their work day (e.g. make enough tea and coffee for the train passengers, return a lost item, etc). At the end of the work day they’d go collect the kids and tell the day care lady “oh thanks for the advice”

Yeah, I have a feeling that it wasn't on at a good time in Atlantic time. I had satellite so I could get CBC in different time zones, but I don't remember this much at all. I was born 2 years after "Me Too!" aired, but I do know a couple of channels on youtube that show old screen recordings of various tv stations and channels. A few of them were Canadian and they might have a small glimpse of "Me Too!" on them. Other than that, very interesting video. For a second I thought it was a Blameitonjorge video xD I love that more content creators are starting to make lost media videos, and that it's becoming more and more popular. It encourages more people to dig for them and preserve what's still on our grasp.
My sister and I remember watching this when we were little, and for years, I thought that it was a CBC Kids show. As I got older, I tried to look things up on it, and there was barely anything on the Internet. Then I remember my mom talking to us about it and saying (something like) that a VHS got sent to her and she was asked to play the tape for her children and give feedback as to how we liked it. I’ve been waiting for someone to make a video about it, and here we finally are! Thank you so much for this!
Me and my older sister watched this when we were younger and have been searching for it for YEARS. I got goosebumps just seeing the drawing of Fluffy and called her in a panic because OH MY GOD THATS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE TRYING TO FIND. From what I remember, it was full length episodes that came on whatever channel we watched, directly before or after The Save ums. The episode I remember most vividly was a young boy at home listening to his parents arguing so he pulled out what I remember to be a toy version of Fluffy, like a plushy. Then he would go to her mystical land where she would help him and cheer him up. That low res image of her towards the end literally brought tears to my eyes, that’s exactly her. Honestly thank you so much for this video, my sister said this is the best day ever 🤗
I don't recall seeing this show, but dang, growing up with Canadian programming and then having difficulty searching up tons of old shows you vaguely remember as a kid is super relatable
Please continue this series - this was such a well constructed video (as a 27 year old Canadian) this seems like a fever dream I had at some point as well. Good work!
I wasn't born at the time Me Too was airing, but that one picture of the show is terrifying to me. No wonder this show was considered creepy. Fluffy looks like an earless furby. But the whole mystery around the show itself sure is alluring.
I love this idea for a series! I might be a bit biased as I am curious what kinds of shows I might have forgot about from my childhood, but it’s an interesting concept. I unfortunately do not have any memory of this show but I am excited to see what else you can find! Best of luck!
as soon as i saw the title i thought it was about a completely different show! in the uk there was this kids show called ‘me too!’ where in each episode there was this sweet scottish lady who’d babysit 1 of about 5 kids in the cast while there was a subplot about their parent (there was a paramedic, a bus cleaner, etc) having to get something done at work in time before going to pick up their kid 😂 this show’s totally unrelated but the title brought back so many memories! i’m pretty sure the purpose of the show was to teach young children about different working class jobs, and what their parents do while they’re at school/childcare :) anyways i absolutely love this style of video from you! lost media is so so interesting and i hope you make more content about it 💕
Hi Anya, My name is Jessica. I sent you a message on Instagram. I starred on the show for an entire season. I played the character “ Maya “ as a young girl. Hoping I can answer all your questions. Love the video hoping to get in contact with you.
Hi Jessica hope you are doing well! If you did star in the show can you give us some sneak peaks of the show if you have any of the episodes of course, And if not can you at least tell us what it was like working there? Cheers!
When the /x/ post came up I thought this was going to end up being some kind of pseudo-Candle Cove sort of story haha. Good luck with finding more information.
Fascinating! I’m British and would’ve been very little when it aired, but Me Too really does sound like a interesting show to search about. Perhaps you could try and talk to members of the lost media wiki/discord about it? Can’t wait to see more of this series Anya, well done 😊

I grew up watching CBC Kids and Treehouse and completely forgot about this show until now. I vaguely remember the "fluffy puffy" catchphrase used in every episode, it's crazy but awesome to see these shows we remember as kids come back into our lives! Hopefully some footage of the show exists out there somewhere!
I mentioned this off-hand to my father and he remembered watching it with my (then) little sister in 2003 He could still remember all of the theme song and the plot, he actually tried searching for it years ago because of how "off-putting" and "upsetting" he found it at the time, but to no avail I showed him the sole episode found thus far and it was exactly as he remembered
Thanks for bringing this to the community's attention! It's always nice to see more people talk about lost media. You did a great job on this video, especially for your first time covering lost media! I hope more can be uncovered soon!
i grew up with the uk "me too" and this seems super different from it, i really doubt the canadian me too was an early version. i mean, there might be some similar stuff in terms of problem-solving and pretty cheap production, but i cant see much of a connection. might be worth investigating, though.
Before checking the sources, there was literally so little I could find on this I thought you made this up! Oh my god, currently obsessed with this show. Asked my coworker (who is Canadian and a kid in the 90s) and he didn't remember this at all, but idk. Seems like the Wikipedia has since been deleted too.
Trust me, we have a TON of it. Many missing episodes and interstitials from Treehouse and Teletoon that I remember, CBC kids shows like this, YTV content that has fallen through the cracks of time, so many things. I could list them all off here if you want lol
This is fascinating, I'm super happy the algorithm recommended it to me. I'm Canadian but I don't think I ever ran into this show. Although I would have been in my early 20s at the time it aired so a bit outside the target demographic.
I’d just like to say thank you. So very, very much. This was the main lost kids show us late 90’s early 00’s Canadian kids watched that I always wanted to eventually be found. So many things from Treehouse, YTV, Teletoon, AND CBC are lost. So many obscurities fresh in my memory. This one I remember. I just so happen to be one of the people who brought awareness to the show 😂 made a post about it on r/lostmedia, and it blew up. So thank you for spreading this even more. So many Canadian childrens shows we watched when we were young are now gone to time. Some were found, some probably lost for good. However, with time, I’m confident we’ll find SOMETHING of it. This was one of the lost media searches I’ve always wanted, A L W A Y S wanted to kickstart. And you pretty much just kickstarted it. Even SCREENSHOTS were found. So thank you. So much. If more things get found, I’ll dig even deeper and look on my own time. And I’ll be sure to let you know. Sincerely, - u/Unlucky_Tradition. Lost Media Hunter.

Hello! This is the first time I have seen you pop up on my recommended page and this reminded me of a search that I am trying to undergo too for a childhood movie I have a very vauge movie of. Thank you for inspiring me to try to search for it again!
Holy crap I’ve ever see that show at my grandma’s house when I was about a child !!! Thanks for founded this one…. But I’ll gonna confirmed for what is it looks like on stage that I’ve remember watching it: the episode 32 was called: The Frog. in the beginning of the show, Fluffy have to told the children named Kim or Lori about how to play jumping frog game, a little girl (Kim or Lori) was having a little bit of difficult to make that frog flying in the bucket, fluffy have to told her that it was just a game and told her to try again once more if she’s got it only one frog in the bucket, she was so excited that she actually got it in the bucket, after she hugging fluffy, a drawing animation appears on screen that fluffy says to the audiance or a children: who want to listening to rhyme time with me ? And the children says: ME ! (Fully a bit echos) This scene was about fluffy told the children about what fluffy says for a rhyme time, it was really Unsettling when fluffy staring at you while listening her rhyme for about 1 minute or so, fluffy walks closer to the screen and make a blow kiss to the audiance while the show ends… If some of you saw that show before they went lost to this day, I was been the chosen one to watching that show in French version…. Trust me….. it’s really a bit traumatized me as a kid
@@georgerobertson7010 well it’s sort of like Barney or teletubbies rip off Because I’ve noticed that fluffy’s costumes was not fully animated like a mouths and eyes movement Fluffy looks beyond dead
I watched a kids show called "Me too!", too, but it was different than this show haha. It isn't airing anymore but I did really like it. It was around 2010 i think in Uk
The memory of this show comes back to me once in a while! I was a bit too old when it aired in French, so I thought it was super weird and annoying, but I still remember the French version of the song they would sing to summon the fluff. Her name was Agathe la Boule de Ouate (Agatha the Cotton Ball) and they would just repeat her name again and again. There seems to be more traces of ''Agathe la Boule de Ouate'' on Radio Canada or in French-Canadian media in general than there might be in English, so that could be a tip. Main issue is that French-Canadians writing on forums/reddits/blogs are difficult to translate because of the embarrassing slang we used online back then (changing letters for no reason, very phonetic writing with no regards for grammar, regional figures of speech, ...) so you might need a Quebecois to help you understand/translate that (assuming English is your first language). That creepy cotton ball with them sexy legs still haunts me, never liked her 😳😂
OMG Nanalan' was a real odd kids show that I thought (or hoped) most people had forgotten about. Most people I bring it up to in my age group have no recollection of it...
I grew up with the British one. It’s interesting how the Canadian version was the early version of it, and how the cotton ball lady developed into Granny Murray, the lady who looks after all the kids of the people who went to work each day (from what I can remember they had a teacher, train worker, bus cleaner, doctor, market vendor, and taxi driver). For years I thought the Shard in London was a hospital because that’s where they always showed the doctor going to work in. Turns out it’s not actually a hospital and I was a dumb kid. I always remember Tina driving around in her pink taxi and singing. I think it was England’s copy of Scotland’s Balamory
Good video, it reminded me that, back in the 1990's, my 2 local PBS stations, (KMOS-TV & KCPT-TV) used to run a block of instructional kids shows, from between 9AM to 3PM, during the school year. Most of these shows were produced between the mid 1970's to the early 1990's. Some of the shows that they showed were Canadian productions (Mostly produced by TVOntario.), others were US productions. Some of these shows included "The Magic Library", "Read All About It!", "All Fit with Slim Goodbody", "Harriet's Magic Hats", "The Write Channel" & "Take A Look!". There was one show, that I can't remember the name of, that had to do with some kids that had their own club & it had a twist where one of the kids was an alien from outer space & the clubhouse was actually his spaceship & that he couldn't leave the clubhouse\spaceship. I last saw these shows in the 1990's & by the mid 2000's, my 2 local PBS stations stopped showing instructional programming. Sorry for the long comment.
Might be worth a physical visit to the CBC. You showed a picture of Vancouver's CBC building - you might actually get a response if you ask to meet up with someone in person, rather that relying on email correspondence! Good luck! While I never watched this show, there are a couple other lost (or virtually lost) Canadian shows from my childhood that I have tried hard to find, so I understand the struggle!
I remember this show barely, but I do remember in elementary school CBC came in to record us answering questions for that show. I think my mom recorded the episode I was on and might still have the vcr of it somewhere unless she tossed it.
90s Canadian kids educational lost media is so fucking good. My little journey to find Painting Pictures revealed that so much of it is just NOT archived or talked about online.
Hi, Anya. I'm glad to see another video about lost media on your channel. And I also look forward to more. You're sweet and funny. Thanks from Lord JS.
Hi! There’s some lost media that is stuck with me right now. This was also on Kids CBC. There was a short interstitial that aired from 2007-2012 called See the Sea. It showed underwater animals and their descriptions. They also made them have human voices. I remember a bit of the lyrics to the theme song: “Come see the sea! Let’s see what we can see…” Do you remember this?
Nice, you made another lost media video. As an American, I have no idea this existed but would love to hear more about it if it's found. I have a critique for your video though. When you start talking about the first Reddit post and show the quote onscreen, it's very hard to read the outer left and right edges of the text. It would have helped to either put an outline on the text or an opaque white box over the background. I know the first option probably looks terrible, so maybe the second option could work? I did appreciate that you read it out loud in any case. I hope I don't sound too rude, that's just my observation as a fellow graphic designer. Otherwise, you did a very good job with the video.
Yeah, that bothered me too. Unfortunately, the options for text in my video editor are very limited (can't put a stroke or outer glow or anything) so there wasn't much I could do. 😔
lol, the funny thing about when this vid popped up in my reccomended page is that, in the uk there was literally a show called me too about a town (live action btw) and it was probably somewhere in Scotland, due to their accents. Damn, i love the opening theme tune and animation with it.
during my childhood, i recall a certain show, but i dont know the name, all i know is it was about a boy who liked base balls and neighbors with an old man who liked cars and might have introduced baseballs to him. A part of it was when his dad was teaching him how to play baseball. it gives off vibes that it was set in like the 60's. i have so many questions and sometimes i just think its a dream, but i remember sitting on the couch one day and watching it.
If you're looking for any other lost media shows, I recommend the "Rimini Riddle". I would say it's the Irish "LazyTown" but it actually predates that show by a couple of years.
The day after this video was posted she found a note in her room that said "Let the past die. Do not go looking for what might have been. You may not like what you find."
I still have not been able to remember a show I watched when I was young. I only had it on a VHS tape. a single tape. it was about animals and had a white background. it would have video clips that would zoom in, then have someone talking about it, though the person was never seen. It had animated segments in a cartoonish fastion relating to it. The only thing I can remember about it, is an animated segment of a baby animal tying all the bottles shut so the other baby animals couldn't get any milk, and keeping it all to themselves. I don't remember the title, sadly :(
I know your frustration. I’ve been looking for a obscure public access show from Winnipeg in the late 80’s called “The Metal Inquisition”. It was hilarious and featured sock puppets singing to sped up country songs.
Update: there's now a subreddit for this search! www.reddit.com/r/MeTooFluffy/

I love that more content creators are starting to make lost media videos, and that it's becoming more and more popular.
This show was on CBC
I don't recall seeing this show, but dang, growing up with Canadian programming and then having difficulty searching up tons of old shows you vaguely remember as a kid is super relatable
Please continue this series - this was such a well constructed video (as a 27 year old Canadian) this seems like a fever dream I had at some point as well. Good work!
Thank you so much, that really means a lot! There will certainly be more to come. 😁
I wasn't born at the time Me Too was airing, but that one picture of the show is terrifying to me. No wonder this show was considered creepy. Fluffy looks like an earless furby. But the whole mystery around the show itself sure is alluring.
Despite being Canadian I never heard of MeToo before but regardless I’m super excited for this series, Keep up the good work Anya!
I love this idea for a series! I might be a bit biased as I am curious what kinds of shows I might have forgot about from my childhood, but it’s an interesting concept. I unfortunately do not have any memory of this show but I am excited to see what else you can find! Best of luck!
I haven’t watched much lost media content but it seems so interesting. I’m exited to see what you might investigate next.
This is so amazing!!! Your efforts are NOT unnoticed, my mother and I have been trying to remember what this show was for so darn long. Thank you!!!
as soon as i saw the title i thought it was about a completely different show! in the uk there was this kids show called ‘me too!’ where in each episode there was this sweet scottish lady who’d babysit 1 of about 5 kids in the cast while there was a subplot about their parent (there was a paramedic, a bus cleaner, etc) having to get something done at work in time before going to pick up their kid 😂
this show’s totally unrelated but the title brought back so many memories! i’m pretty sure the purpose of the show was to teach young children about different working class jobs, and what their parents do while they’re at school/childcare :)
anyways i absolutely love this style of video from you! lost media is so so interesting and i hope you make more content about it 💕
yeah I thought it was about the uk show as well
Same, I thought this was about the British Me Too show!
Hi Anya,
My name is Jessica. I sent you a message on Instagram. I starred on the show for an entire season. I played the character “ Maya “ as a young girl. Hoping I can answer all your questions. Love the video hoping to get in contact with you.
Hi Jessica! Thank you so much for reaching out, this is amazing! I will go check my DM requests for your message. 🥰
@@AnyaPanda My pleasure! Check your message requests just incase my message was sent there. 🥰
Have you gotten a hold of any of the episodes of this show yet?
Thank you so much, I'm excited to make more LMI episodes in the future! And yes, I should definitely give the LMW Discord a shot, though I'm super shy hence why I haven't joined yet. 😅

I remember this show! I used to watch it! Gosh, I'd forgotten about it until now. Watching your video really jogged my memory. I wish I had a way to help find it, but any vhs recordings of mine that may have had it are unfortunately long gone. It's bizarre to see a video about something you know being lost media.

Wow this is fascinating! I am from the US so I have never heard of this show. The character was even creepier than I imagined when you showed the screenshot. I really hope some more info is found about this show! This is the kind of stuff I live for.
I'm a big fan of finding lost media, and have done a lot of original research in music spheres (not the most mysterious song lol). Best of luck in your search, and be patient, it took me 7 years to track down one piece of lost media, and confirming it's existence. :)
I'm a lost media content fan and I love hearing a new voice in it. You did a wonderful job. I hope I get to hear more from you soon.
That means so much, thank you!
I mentioned this off-hand to my father and he remembered watching it with my (then) little sister in 2003
He could still remember all of the theme song and the plot, he actually tried searching for it years ago because of how "off-putting" and "upsetting" he found it at the time, but to no avail
I showed him the sole episode found thus far and it was exactly as he remembered
Thanks for bringing this to the community's attention! It's always nice to see more people talk about lost media. You did a great job on this video, especially for your first time covering lost media! I hope more can be uncovered soon!
All I can say is I didn't expect this from a cosplay channel.

i grew up with the uk "me too" and this seems super different from it, i really doubt the canadian me too was an early version. i mean, there might be some similar stuff in terms of problem-solving and pretty cheap production, but i cant see much of a connection. might be worth investigating, though.
Yeah I also grew up with the UK version and I doubt there's any connection. It was just a rehash of Balamory.
This is so intriguing ! I live in America so iv never herd of it but i love things like this and would like to learn more about canadas lost media 😳
Trust me, we have a TON of it. Many missing episodes and interstitials from Treehouse and Teletoon that I remember, CBC kids shows like this, YTV content that has fallen through the cracks of time, so many things. I could list them all off here if you want lol
Dude, I can’t wait for more videos like this!
Sincerely,

Wow, this is something that I wasn’t expecting. Well done with the video 🙌
(Fully a bit echos)
This scene was about fluffy told the children about what fluffy says for a rhyme time, it was really Unsettling when fluffy staring at you while listening her rhyme for about 1 minute or so, fluffy walks closer to the screen and make a blow kiss to the audiance while the show ends…
If some of you saw that show before they went lost to this day, I was been the chosen one to watching that show in French version…. Trust me….. it’s really a bit traumatized me as a kid

Key memory unlocked. I remember this show, but I thought it was called Pick me. As I'm watching this video, I can hear Fluffy's song in my head.
Well the TV show was filmed in Scotland 😉
Also the hospital was a copy of the Gerkin

@@AnyaPanda If it was a technical limitation, then it would make sense why it's like that. There's not much you could do at that point.

Wow, I vaguely remember this show. Memory unlocked.
during my childhood, i recall a certain show, but i dont know the name, all i know is it was about a boy who liked base balls and neighbors with an old man who liked cars and might have introduced baseballs to him. A part of it was when his dad was teaching him how to play baseball. it gives off vibes that it was set in like the 60's. i have so many questions and sometimes i just think its a dream, but i remember sitting on the couch one day and watching it.
the next step would be to try to get a job at CBC and dig in their archives because you actually have access to that place 😆
If you're looking for any other lost media shows, I recommend the "Rimini Riddle". I would say it's the Irish "LazyTown" but it actually predates that show by a couple of years.
I remember a British TV series of the same name from my childhood from CBeebies. It first aired in the late mid-2000s. I look back at it fondly.
I love a good lost media search. I hope more people start hunting with you. 😭
The day after this video was posted she found a note in her room that said "Let the past die. Do not go looking for what might have been. You may not like what you find."
Who? And the ep we found I liked.
