@@TabletPro How is the brightness on hp envy and quality? Other models : Hp spectre,Dell inspiron 7000,Lenovo 9i and 7i series. They all come with tiger lake processors.
Inside it seems brighter when directly compared. But outside not even close. It has a privacy screen and even with it off the viewing angles are low. Colors are over saturated as well. Probably a setting to adjust that but the setting I found and adjusted isn’t doing the job well.
I REALLY want a tablet (not 2 in 1) with a 700 nit (or 500 plus for now) and i7 1165 or 1185 processor and good drawing capabilities. Seems like this is doable right now.
@@lilangelz9247 to be completely honest;no, it's perfect for my tastes. In low lighting the screen can appear to be 'too bright'. personally I have been using this computer for photo editing and digital design and it kicks ass. I had an MSi PS63 that i got last year for $1500 but ended up with a hardware malfunction so BestBuy let me trade it in for the X360 and comparing the two has been like night and day. My last computer was great for gaming but had low ram and a very dim display. Now I have the HP and I could not be happier with my purchase. It costed me about $1000 with much better hardware than my old laptop. If you are deciding between the x360 and the spectre, I would advise you to see these laptops hands on so you can make the best decision for you. For me though, I love everything about this computer and the only thing I would wish for is a bigger hard drive but I do have a few external ones so it is not much of an issue for what I am currently using the computer for.
Thank you for making this! There aren't a lot of reviews of the drawing/writing experience of 2-in-1s, other than the Surface products. The one I'm most interested in is the new Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 9310, which also has Tiger Lake. I'm thinking of buying either that one or the Surface Pro 7. Do you know how the XPS compares to the HP Envy X360, in terms of drawing with the stylus?
cool stuff. there ain't much information on this laptop. Am getting mine this week. Same model same specs but in my country it's coming with stylus pen.
Hey mate, I need a help. I'm a teacher. So i need to take online classes. I have never used a 2 in one before. So I know very little about it. Can you please tell me can I bring a cursor in the screen while drawing in drawboards? I need a cursor as a pointer often to explain lessons to my students and without a pointer, I can't explain. So can I use it as a Wacom alternative, the pen as a mouse cursor? And if I move the pen In the air, will the cursor be moved as well or I have to press the pen in the screen?
This won’t be enough info. But I use KeyPress OSD. It has a mouse halo and I turn it on with a keyboard shortcut. Will float while the pen is near as well as pen down
Im a student and i recently purchased the very same envy. I want to use it to take notes, but i don't know whats the best stylus for note taking. Any advice?
Hi Justice, thanks for the review! is this pc one of those models that is supposed to come with MPP 2.0? It seems to solve none of the problems the other versions have for artists.

I wonder if you can help me , came across your video as I have an HP Envy x360 , model 15-aq160sa, S/N 8CG6443WVN, and I am looking for a compatible pen. I have tried the HP tilt pen which I thought was compatible, but it doesn't write, even though it pairs with Bluetooth ok. Hi Karen, looking online I see it has a touch screen but I don’t see that it has pen support. The Bluetooth will work even if the screen doesn’t support a pen. They are all disconnected unfortunately. It might have pen support but I’m not seeing it. You can use a capacitive stylus that doesn’t support pressure if that’s the case but those aren’t great in my opinion.
