Did you got stamp in india ??
Hi Rahul, my spouse and child are stuck in India as passport stamping is not there, I enquired in VFS but it is closed, spouse have a valid open work permit and child have a visitor visa which they got from Canada itself, they are unable to travel to Canada as passport is stamped, pls help in getting the detailed process of passport stamping from India
Have they got trv approved ?

Ok follow the same process of online to get the trv approved first . As she is on work permit she is eligible to do biometrics in India as well
hello Rahul I have the same situation but can I enter Canada on my student visa. is valid till the date I arrive in Canada also it is expiring after 4 days of my arrival so it should be okay? currently i am on my work permit.

I am in canada as a visitors (extended family of PR holder) my son 9yrs old is in india with my husband. He dosent have a visitors visa. We the parents have only.
Since VFS in india not accepting new visitors visa applications and also taking long time to process than usual, can I take advantage of being in side canada and apply from my minor son visa from here or online whichever is possible. Do you think anything will workout for me just to escape applying from india. Pls suggest BEST as you are exprenced.
Ok so here is the situation. Now you are in Canada so you are a temporary resident . Your husband and son can come if they get the travel authorization and visa . So it can be applied but I cannot say about the decision as it varies case by case and on my other factors
Hi rahul can you predict when ircc will start to process visitor visa applications as i applied last year in September 2020 ..but no result no update done with mp enquiry they just said that criminality is passed and futher in processing...

Hi Rahul, i have been watching your videos since i have applied for trv application. i have applied for trv on 26 january n i didn’t get any request for passport yet. i have some medical emergency. After watching your video i went for MP enquiry. They replied me and said go for urgent processing request. i don’t know about this. May you guide me that how could i do this.
I don’t think there is such a process. Ask your mp about it

@@mandeepkaur-cl7oz i watched one of rahul’s video in which he shows the process of mp inquiry. I followed the same process. Although, i did not get stamping yet, but they replied me that they ll help me. you can check rahul’s video about mp inquiry and you ll be able to do that.

That is an old service during pandemic. Check with vfs about services now. It could be same even today
Hi Rahul, sorry to bother this is to my previous question...If a person has PGWP and now not a student anymore, but initially officer gave extra months of study permit and TRV stamp and if it's valid till April-2024, Can I get entry back into Canada on study TRV stamp? Or they specifically need work permit TRV ? Please clarify, it would help me a lot

I got approved from phac and i have an approved eTA I just wanted to ask if I have to buy a return ticket. If yes then 3 month ticket or 6 month.
I want to stay for 6 months but I don’t know much about what the immigration officer can ask me.

Normally, you can stay up to 6 months on a visit to Canada without extension
