Just got a K1 Max and been running Orca with great results, gonna give this a try with the Prusa slicer. Thanks for all the great tips
Hi Gordon, really interesting as always 😊. Will you be able to offer the files for RA-7 for sale at all? Always looking for a new droid project 😊!
Thanks! awesome tip
Is there a certain setting to make the supports happen or did you have to do something weird to do that?
How is your CR-10 S5 working as old as it is now. I have one, but because of electric problems caused by a solar install I've had my equipment unplugged for over a year now.
I had an issue the last time I used the S5 and hope I can resolve it. What software (Marlin?) do you have that is running PrusaSlicer 2.6? Do you have a video on it?.... I'll search through to see.
I'll need to find some videos to help troubleshoot this big printer so I can use it again. Last time I printed it printed half the object on the bed and half started in the air about 2 or 3mm's above the bed.
Thank you for the great video.
Still works great! Had my first problem with it recently but it was an easy fix. I'll post a video about it in a few days. Otherwise, worked great. Actually pruning with it as I write this. Not sure what firmware it has but I am using the newest prusa slicer for slicing my models
@@gordontarpley I wonder if you could take your CR10 S5 and turn it into a diy CoreXY?
nice, do you know if there is a setting for this/how its called?
It comes on by default. I'm actually not sure how to disable it lol.
how do you get 2.6?
You'll have to hunt around on the page. It was a giant pain in the arse to find it the first time but it's on there someplace. The page is linked in the description and there should be a link to grab it somewhere on that page.
