Brother printer HL-L3210CW won't power up.
Brother printer HL-L3210CW flashing Data light got stuck on constant. I unplugged it at the back of the printer, as cancel or power button had no effect. After this it wouldn't power up at all. I tried all the usual and recommended quick fixes but nothing worked. Left the printer unplugged for a week while I was on holiday and when I came back and plugged it in, it powered up as usual!! (Must've taken longer than a few minutes to clear out the printer's memory? Shorter than a week but no idea how long:-)

Method 5 : check fuse

@@copyprint-fz2hb You have to remove the scanner lid and take out the screw in the top left-hand side of the hinge. Next remove the big plastic cover with the 3-step sticker on to expose part of the circuit board. You will see a white plug with 7 yellow wires directly under another screw. Undo that screw, and the entire power supply will unclip underneath. The fuse is located under the metal cover it is a ceramic 5amp 250v fuse with legs on.
