Thanks for sharing this. Any advice on how far back or how far forward to place the foil? I recently purchased the Sunova Aviator downwind 6'6' with the Axis 1050 HPS front wing, 460 rear wing, short fuselage, and 70 CM mast.
I used the ART 1cm from the back of the box on my 6’3, generally HPS ride further forward. Try around 3cm but it really is personal preference, lots of variables
Depends what you are trying to achieve. Agree doing this with winging or foil surfing is good but if you want to learn to DW SUP Foil you need to learn how to paddle and balance on your board
Amazing job. Great coaching makes a world of difference
Great Video. Can you make a video of a down wind small wave bay run? How small of a wave can you start on?
You can start in the flat! No waves necessary. I’ll see what I can come up with for a bay run video
Looks like an awesome session!
May I consider adopting this sport to get in better shape, or should I already be a superhuman before even thinking about trying? 😀

@@jamescasey7393 Thank you!
How many Litres are those boards? Is there a rough calculation compared to riders weight?
Generally 20-40L more than your body weight but there’s more to it than that.
I respect. Good exercise. But nonsense compared to other options accounting fly time….
