i got the most lie in pokemon game. and that game is pokemon master ex we all know ash Ketchum is finally in pokemon masters ex. when Red Speak again in 2022. he say I'll be waiting. ( is mean to battle ash.) then after ash is finally is the world Champion he will be retired for being in the pokemon anime so i have a bad feeling that ash will never return to Pokemon Masters Ex just like Jessie and James story Event and yes those guys also will never return to Pokemon Masters Ex is been 3 Year since Jessie and James didn't return to Pokemon Masters Ex. and that make me upset
Charizard vs Reshiram made me so mad especially Infernape vs Entei
I have heard rumors about the writers, at first, wanting Latias, the original one from the 5th Movie to join Ash's team and, basically, form a rivalry with Bayleef, but... Changed their minds, because reasons.
Well... Way to let us down there. I would have rather had that than teasing us with Larvitar to have us believe Ash would keep it to get a possible Tyranitar.
I wouldn't call anything the games did were a lie, that's just everyone making speculations, they never actually said " Alola will have every region or that OR AS will have a Battle Frontier". Also anime openings always milk things, you can't expect everything to happen, they are only trying to get people excited, every anime does that, it's hard to call it lying, they were only hyping up Charizard and Tobias

Should do a committeed review of each Pokémon Opening JP and EN and compare what was promised and what we got
Swellow vs Skarmory in the AG opening made me think of Ash vs Steven but never happened until Journeys and didn't include those Pokémon
Maybe even review the Pokémon EDs as well
Although seeing Charizard wipe the floor with Iris's Dragonite was badass, if he randomly showed up to fight a berserk Reshiram in a major all out battle would have been epic. But yeah I saw the episode, Charizard and all of Ash's pokemon just retreated into their pokeballs for some reason during the battle.
Ive heard some people talk about the Japanese opening of battle frontier lying too. Remember when they shows all of Ash's Pokémon? Including Pidgeot and Primape? I mean, many of Ash's Pokémon returned for that series, and even though Ash never really promises to go back for Pidgeot, although he did in English Dub, it never appeared, and neither did Primape. That upset a lot of fans I heard. Oh, and even in the English Dub opening, Pidgeot was shown flying with Ash and the gang along with Tyranitar. Oh well, I guess Pidgeot fans are now happy Ash got his Pidgeot again by the end of Journeys Aim To Be A Pokémon Master.
Well I've always wanted to see the GS ball but ash just left in all the way in Johto league champions with Kurt never or heard to be see again
Another lie that they told us was that Ash was potentially going to win the Kalos League
He literally says it right before he leaves for Kalos, he is more serious and mature than ever, he has a fully evolved team, he is matched up against a rival he never beat before, and he had a unique ace up his sleeve
And what does Ash do? LOSE THE WHOLE LEAGUE DESPITE ALL THE HYPE SURROUNDING IT!!!
The thing was that zard was able to deflect a powerful move from a main legendary with his own move enough says how strong zard was. They could have done more with zard in BW or even in Kalos and even in M8.

I can't confirm this, but I remember someone saying that the aim to be a Pokemon master series at the end of journeys was marketed as a return of all of Ash his Pokemon. If that was true, than that was the biggest lie in all of pokemon

And just pointing out, it had nothing to do with High Quality, they wabted to cut the dex in Gen 7, a game that ran on the sane engine as X and Y, thats why we dudnt have a full dex,

8:08 In one of Pokèmon Journeys opening we were teased with Ash Vs Goh battle Lucario Vs Aceburn ( Cinderace ) under the rain but it never happened
Oh yes I remember that! It would’ve been great to see something like that in Ash and Goh’s last episode before the Masters 8 finale and Project Mew

I think the most that screwed the anime was The Legend Of Dratini. I mean, how did Ash catch 30 Tauros? That banned episode was the answer! That's just my opinion.

the pokemon company is more than capable of adding every pokemon to a game, but they realized releasing glitchy messes without the complete dex makes them more money
I wouldn't say that some of these that I'll mention were lies, more so cheated; at the end of journeys, I feel like they rushed everything to wrap up ash's story. I wanted a proper reunion episode with butterfree instead of being part of a montage in the journeys finale. In the aim to be a pokemon master series, I thought they would have at least iron out some plot holes like revealing ash's father or the gs ball as mentioned in the video. The final episode was a big "F.U." having pidgeot show up last minute and actually rejoining ash on his team and don't get me started with primape....
As for charizard and infernape fighting legendaries in their respective intros, I learned through my years of watching anime is that the intros are only there to give the audience an idea of what the plot will be for the season, that doesn't always mean that exact thing will happen in the show. As for pokémon, we've seen stuff like this since the beginning; I used to think that ash was gonna catch arcanine and rapidash because he was running with them in the intro, or thought that he was gonna have all 3 starters fully evolved. I don't know why they put entei there in the intro but it would have been cool to see infernape fight one more time, but infernape fulfilled his purpose in that series and that was to beat Paul and prove that his blaze was in check
The lie from Game Freak wasn't higher quality animations per say, but more about higher quality 3D models. They claimed that the models in Sword/Shield are more detailed than the X/Y & Sun/Moon models. Yet, the Sword/Shield models are the exact same as the X/Y & Sun/Moon models.
They never actually said that, plus they're not the same, you can't add outdated technology to something as cutting as the switch.

Anyways i hope gamefreak will make those lies they made come true but not that trainer choice lies. It would be cool tho cause minecraft community is gonna be jealous
