  • This livestream is a 10 month Breast Explant Update. I get a lot of questions from people in the comments section, as well as on my instagram page, so I try to come on here periodically to update you guys on how I am doing, feeling and recovering.
One thing that I would like to stress is that what works for me, may not work for you. Healing is an individual thing. In my experience it takes time, patience (sometimes creativity) and dedication. I do not believe that many of us became sick overnight (although certain things could worsen ones condition greatly in 24 hours) and I do not believe we heal overnight either.
I share my experience in hope that it will give other women comfort, ideas, hope and perhaps insight. Please do not compare yourself to my healing if yours is not going as smoothly as mine. There are many variables in healing. I do not only do one thing to heal, and I am not only healing from one thing. Factors such as: genetics, age, quality of surgeon, time spent with implants, diet, quality of aftercare, and so much more play into our healing. One last thing to consider: Although I personally do not think implants every improve ones health, they may not be the specific thing that is causing your illness. In my case it was not one, but several things that made me sick. If I only took out my implants, and did not consistently support my health in other ways, I would have felt better...but not to the degree which I am improving.
I have had good days, and bad days in my healing journey. Over time, the number of good days is increasing, and the number of bad days is decreasing.
These patches have been amazing to support my body throughout healing and detoxification
❤️ You can find out more information about the patches here : lifewave.com/2...
❤️ This is the one patch I can't live without. I would recommend this for general wellness. I have increased energy, more beautiful skin and better sleep since wearing it. - lifewave.com/2...
❤️ Since wearing this patch, the hair around my hairline which has thinned has grown back as baby hairs (yay!), I have been easily adding lean muscle and recovering faster from my workouts. - lifewave.com/2...
❤️ I wear this patch to decrease my inflammation ( I had very high levels of inflammation before) - lifewave.com/2...
❤️ This was my favorite bra. I ordered so many, and only a few worked out. I have both the black and the nude colors. Of course it is the most expensive as well. I would probably not order this for right after surgery, because you will be very swollen then. I like this one for about a month out. I still wear it now. - amzn.to/3VYfGov
❤️ This bra worked right after surgery. That said I am usually a 30 band size, and I had to wear a 38 right after surgery for several weeks. Make sure to have a much larger size on hand than you think you will need, you'll be surprised by the swelling - amzn.to/3gAbY4o
❤️ I used this spray on my incisions - amzn.to/3THt0Mi I still keep it around the house for any cuts and scrapes.
❤️ I used this on my incisions after the Briotech Spray - amzn.to/3CVZFGY It is a very gentle healing balm
❤️ If you are getting drains, this is a very soft and useful item to keep your drains in place, and out of site (I did not want to see them). It fits almost like a comfy little tube top and has little pockets to slide your drains into. This was one of my most useful items. -amzn.to/3SuNqqL
❤️ I used this wedge pillow, and I still have it. It looks good in my home too - amzn.to/3TTXWJp
Other things that are nice to have-
    Straws
scrunchies to keep your hair out of your face
    coconut water
someone to call to blow dry your hair. I had someone come to our air B and B.
My explant Surgeon was Dr. Jae Chun and he did a fantastic job.
    I hope this is helpful:)

Had my explant yesterday. I had saline, under muscle implants 660 cc huge for 21 years. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos 15 years. I have rosacea, ocular rosacea and low energy, ringing in ears. Gained lots of weight. What got me thru surgery besides God is remembering and thinking of all the women who have or will have this surgery. Thanks for your story. My huaband said i didnt snore last night!!

When they took them out of me, they gave me them to keep and they smell really moldy!! I am ruined for life, with fibro, so many things I don't want to list. Although mine was broke. Also people need to know that salene implants are still made of silicone!!

      Hi beautiful,
I know I’ve probably asked you this before, but have you spent time getting tested and going through a detox protocol with a functional doctor?
What did they have you do after you took out your implants as treatment, if you don’t mind me asking. Also please feel free to write me and my direct messages on Instagram if you would prefer.

My surgeon took no pics or let me see the implants. He also left some of the capsule. Mine were 30 yo textured. My general surgeon has referred me to Moffitt.

I just found you and watching your RUclips. Im having explant in July and trying to decide if I get a lift. Did you get a lift? Without a lift I will be an A and lose skin. A lift is so much more $$$ and really can’t afford. Will I regret it and wish I came up with the money. I’m 68 and single my fear is my chest look and never find someone. I’m so scared

I think you could go without getting a lift....it all depends on your goals. Worst case, you could get a lift later if you feel that you need one.
I may eventually see Dr. Bednar ( I like his fat transfer work). Looking back, I sometimes wish I had not gotten a lift. It is not bad, but I am curious of what the result would have been. I do not regret getting my implants out though. Soooooo happy that they are gone.

Many of my friends did not do the lift and they look perfectly fine. . It took like six months to get fluffy again and they look very youthful and they love it. 😍 the first month they will not look so pretty but later they look Great. Many blessings ❤

I’m 65 and am 1 week out from explant. Find a surgeon who does microsurgery and auto augmentation. You do need a lift. Scars fade and I’m so glad I did it!!!!!! My surgeon had a promotion in office called patient fi. It’s like care credit. I have a year to pay without interest. Jeffrey Feiner Md, reconstruction surgeon in Claremont Fl. Implants are only good for 10 yrs. They leech into your system and are making us sick 🤒 get them out, you’ll be fine. Also, David Rankin in Jupiter Fl is where everyone is going but… he’s backed up 1 year out 😢 that’s hires many women are getting rid of them or have symptoms of BII
      Just git er done 🦋
