This is so much great information. I've had my implants since I was 30 yrs old, I'm 48 now and was diagnosed with
Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have saved to finally get mine removed. But I'm so sad my significant other doesn't support me in this decision. I'm so glad you covered all these topics. Thank you.

I just had my implants taken out three days ago, September 30, 2024 here at home in Beverly Hills best decision I ever made. There was a host of issues going on a capsulated and got stuck and then a huge bubble formed on the bottom of my breast fortunately, ultrasound and mammogram showed there was no cancer. Inflammation is leaving. Had rash on my breast. Thank God for explant surgery.

I am beyond excited to get mine removed. I finally started putting things together and I've had a swollen lymph node in my armpit for several years diagnosed as nothing worrisome on ultrasound, I wake with bags under my eyes, and have had alot more noticeable fluid retention not to mention gaining weight on my very petite frame and I've done all the "right" things for a lifetime. Can't wait to feel better and have them out!!! Thanks for the informative podcast

@PalinaZ I am SO HAPPY 😊 I didn't even realize how many issues they caused. I lost the extra weight I had been unable to budge, my eyes are not swollen and bags are minimal, my lymph nodes in armpits are not swollen. And best of all I'm smaller chested feel so free!!! Back to how I want to feel. Best decision EVER. Recovery for me was a breeze. Oh and my thyroid returned to normal too.

Ive heard most of these issues are from textured implants which a lot of surgeons dont like to use anymore. I've also heard some newer implants dont have these issues nearly as much as the implants from 5-10+ yrs ago. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I did labs a month prior to explant and the only thing that showed in my good work was low vitamin D. I did labs again, now almost 3 years post explant and now my numbers are out of whack. It now shows inflammation, hypothyroidism, and elevated numbers in other areas. Why is that when I already expended? I have t done anything to detox and I’m thinking that could be it?

Is it possible that it’s pressured against our chest ? I took out my implants in 2021 and right when I woke up I felt as if I could breath like really breath. I had all of those symptoms the itchy rashes came and that was the last straw for me. . I’m gonna put implants back in but smaller and I guess it’s me playing lab rat. I’m shocked nobody is doing like some sort of study on this. My primary docs had to think I was crazy til they admitted they heard it could be because of the pressure / weight of the implants.
We did a walk test and my oxygen level dropped to 87 (that’s when people faint ) with implants … when implants came out oxygen levels were normal while walking.
But women with big natural breast seem to have these symptoms also…
But I’m gonna play lab rat 😂
