Ollie is one of those really smart guys that prefers to be funny than know-it-all. Before RUclips he ran charities so well that he became a manager of several. But wasn't hands on enough. And during the pandemic he started another one locally just to have something to do. His brother in law is a priest and featured on both channels. The Korean Englishman twins try Korean chicken in London goes into what he did. Really wholesome people overall.

Out of all the resturants theyve been too, I think this is my favorite interaction with the staff/owner. He really fits in perfectly joking around with them. Also that you can tell their cook was quite proud of everything he made. Especially when he showed up with the chili champion belt lol.

Mole is a spiced savory chocolate sauce. Yall have to give it a try.
5:36 family is German and Irish 4 gen back (immigrants around ww1) and we eat pork, sauerkraut, and dumplings, with mashed potatoes and it looks like beige and white mush but it’s so good..
Interesting video. The enchilada dish they tried with mole sauce on top; mole sauce is a complex sauce, it has nuts, seeds, chilies and many other ingredients and sometimes rich chocolate that is why it can have a chocolate look to it, because it contains a Mexican Chocolate in it, and it should only have a hint of chocolate flavor. just a hint. In this case they used a Mexican style Chocolate called Abuelita; yes, it is made by Nestle but years before Nestle came around making Mexican chocolate, there was Ibarra Chocolate made in Mexico, similar packaging and shape of chocolate disks, I just can't tell the difference between the two, but they are both good when using them in cooking or making a cup of hot Mexican cocoa. Just so you know. I enjoyed your video reaction! Peace. ☮

I think grits or sausage gravy can look unappealing,but, to me, are awesome brunch foods if cooked with care and seasoning

Wait you guys live in texas and haven't heard of Mole? interesting I would definitely consider trying it one of these days it is extremely good and each place within Mexico has their own different versions too.

Yeah, I was a little surprised about that too! I think people tend to be skeptical about chocolate being in a savory dish … and maybe it’s another one of those dishes that looks unappetizing but is yummy. It totally works though; y’all need to try some!
I went to a restaurant that served a dish that looked like baby food shit out- it was delicious. It was pork, sweet potato, and apple and it was 🔥🔥🔥.

Brits have curries, but not as a regular British meal. So you will go to have an "Indian" . But regjlar meals ars either fried or deep fried. Lol
