If instead of 1 War Cleric you go 1 Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer in White Dragon you get Amour of Agathys and upcast it as a level 4 spell so that you get Arcane Ward + 20 (iirc) temporary hit points and deal 20 unavoidable cold damage to whoever hits you. I like this. Really good. My favorite part is this knight can swap to lightning knight on demand. I never thought of using an EK for a wet party. Great concept. Only thing I'd change is drop the cleric level and go conjuration wizard for the water and pick up benign transposition at wiz6. I get the abjuration choice. I think abjuration is great for a robe-wearing wizard. With heavy armor (and heavy armor mastery), it's just not necessary in my opinion. Really cool, though. I think you landed the perfect EK/wiz build. 3 feats and same amount of spell slots if you go with the cleric or conj school for water.
With so much str you can simply throw barrels at the enemy instead of cr.water Btw. i read on reddit that lv10 EK has a passive (Eldritch Strike) that consistently triggers encrusted and he could then become a frost archer with 3 atks per action (mourning frost and bow w/ drakethroat enchantment) It doesnt seem like the melee dmg is very high. Could aswell play a pure frontline spellcaster (sorc/cleric/wiz10) and get lv6 spellslots, Agathy and bait out reactions.
For a suggestion on force conduit, the status is applied for EACH melee attack on the halberd, so if you use a cleave you are instantly set to 6 stacks of force conduit (assuming you hit every one with the cleave).

The advantage is you can add int mod to every attack. You can probably use quickspell gloves for this too if it works albeit only on short rest.
if you hire a druid hireling you can have them cast longstrider on your whole party. hire them, have them buff everyone, and then tell them to stay in camp. you'll keep the buff the whole day whether they're with you or not. and you can buff companions not in your party, so you won't have one without when you get your whole actual party together. but that saves you a spell, since you have to keep it prepared if you want to benefit from the buff the whole time.
I followed your guide till I got the Warped Headband of Intellect then redo my stats to increase Charisma since my intelligence is increased by the headpiece for EK to still be viable in combat.
