This company specializes in scrap cans and trimmings so these can be filled to the top and there was a place near Plover that did that. Plus that goofy ICRX scrap Hopper that had been a rotary coal car. If you look at it really quick with those two red squares I swear it looks like a Green Bay and Western paint job though they never owned anything like this. Again another great score Trackside
