a447 with 2 former rock island hoppers
Clifford's Lil Sis! in Favor!
The flood gates opened today for the return of coil cars and flat cars
Vivid yellow tree certainly helped bring out the Autumn feel.. Even the recently repainted red bumping posts across the way add their part
A very good consist of units and quite the selection of Chip cars and log cars from Kaukauna
Definitely a good train for an autumn day..The 10 cars in a row of scrap ties. A fairly good representation of Shrek @ 1:38 Then the 9. DJ Joseph gondolas it will be interesting if they all go to Iron Mountain and only one was a newer style higher capacity car. Excellent grouping of the two former Rock Island covered hoppers I wonder where they'll wind up. Definitely some nice findings
I think that engine has spent as much time on WC trackage as it has on the former IC
Finally some of the newer BIMX scrap hoppers. They continue to be favored by the operations out of Rockford and South Beloit IL
Plenty of lumber and may have had some siding from L'£anise MI
A Beauty.
It was like they were trying to show off every Grand Trunk Western boxcar they purchased in the last 2 years and today it was like the floodgates cut loose with close to 40 Roofing granule cars returning. The solid blue covered Hopper and the two smaller gray car is next to it will be on their way up to L'lanse
And the WC gondolas. It's L'Anse, btw -- just one L.
yep can relate to some, this website makes me want to puke
The Triple M Metal cars are something new up this way. It's been about a month since a 5-pack was up this way for contaminated soil either from Niagara or Marinette
My childhood is ruined now.
A six-pack to keep the trackmobile in shape
A Beauty.
The reduced pace of the train going by certainly brought out some unique metallic noises. Also the one car train with the trackmobile in the background was a fun distraction
Great train capture. Keep up the great work.
Wow 41 empty Center beams
The EJ&E unit would have felt much more at home with this consist
Nice set of power. There was a WC granule covered hopper in plain oxide red no CN emblem or lettering
Yeah, I saw that. I guess it must have been repainted at some point.
I think the poor unit feels lost. No gondolas too many boxcars. The unit would rather be going to The Foundry at Waupaca
Very nice.
I caught him as well on Buchanan Street
Awesome.
Great units and the types of cars are fine but between age and fading the cars look like a football team that hasn't gotten new uniforms in years
Title is accurate. Would recommend.
That’s L523 not A447

Видео снято прекрасно. 👍👍👍👍👍
cool video dude
A nice day to be out Trackside. Gons for Alter Center beams for E&LS plus also 7 long gondolas most likely for that ore transport
1:24 Unusual car -- looks like an open hopper that's had the bottom doors cut off and welded over.
Nice w 2 vintage ICG covered hoppers almost so faded you can't read the initials. The 2. IANR waffle boxcars odd design and thteres 2 covered Hoppers headed for Llanse the short 1 coupled to the blue one. Nice catch
That was the Wisconsin and Southern Symphony Orchestra
A nice sunny day to capture a good three unit set plus a wide variety of cars. A couple of old covered hoppers for Celotex and 10 cars of old ties for there also but sadly wasn't the group from Iowa I was looking for. Also 2 private cars. One lone tank car for LP Sagola plus one of those large BISX gons which should be going up to Iron Mountain. Thanks for the coverage
Another shorter train but some good stuff with the old tie cars and the covered hopper with Roker on the side will go to Celotex in Llanse
TBH, I'm more interested in that weird TILX hopper right behind the BN one! Never seen one of those before.
@@beeble2003 i see em sometimes
Without a doubt a nice group of side dump cars which is fairly rare
I always seem to see way more empty centrebeams than loaded. This train redresses the balance, somewhat.
A good set of power and that CAGY car somehow has escaped the paintbrush. A whopping 17 cars of junk ties for Llanse. Also 2 GNRR Georgia Northeastern boxcars with consecutive numbers no doubt glad they are miles from the hurricane
Special thanks for getting this one on film. Short of some Lumber cars the EJ&E was not known for hauling logs but especially wood chips and today here's a big batch including those in the orange gondolas. Definitely a rare one as the J only had 4 or 5 GP38s
That was a fast response from the engineer to score a bottle of water after the wave. Good Power Plus plenty of cars that have potential for getting on the E&LS
90% of them were used second hand cars with the original paint for ROCK & SOO. If they catch some of the hurricane rains they'll be a bit cleaner
Nothing lke 90%. Probably over half the cars were CSXT and built for that railroad or one of its predecessors.
Great group of 25 gondolas you normally don't get that many in one train. Especially the Algoma Central car I haven't seen one in a long time also strange to see those 3 coal cars at the end. Very good to get this train recorded
Loving your interaction with the child ❤
Graffiti must have been everywhere
That fresh ICG bulkhead flat sure looked good and then all those old covered hoppers that look like they load on the E&LS. Good catch
So beautiful
Some serious tonnage on that train. All those nice shiny new CN covered hoppers I wonder if they got to load on the E&LS. That old Comet Rice car was a special treat
I caught him at Depot Street and I think I saw you were u the one wearing the blue shirt?
