    Will i finally stebolise myself if i do 50 reps every day for 1 or 2 mouths?
    Nevermins 50 reps is too much maybe 20-25 is reasonable

      I still pretty much suck

      wear a bagpack filled with heavy books and do progressive overload
      regular dips will get easier then
      15 is good range for hypertrophy, more than that becomes endurance training

    Can you do ring dips instead of weighted dips? I’m guessing yes

      You can even progress to weighted ring dips once you can do about more than 10 reps of ring dips with ease. Start with 10 lbs. Hell even lighter if you want.
