Came back to this video after almost 10 longgggg years. I’m 21 now and I hope every single person in this video is excelling in life. You guys motivated a whole generation to, if not pickup karate then most definitely calisthenics. It’s amazing how a video 2:30 long can influence you for longer than a decade. if you stepped forward while he was spinning, he would just spin into your body and fall to the ground

hello sir,i did martial arts aswell these guys r atlethic,since you love theory instead of practice these guys with their "non fighting skills" right... will endure and rush you in by training combat,in 1 year you would be so far behind since you still need the stamina and FLEX MUSCLES to learn how to break a body down.

yeah i know people like the most flash kicks and switches and they arent really that hard to learn compared to other tricks. All you need is just to learn a simple backflip.
I teach traditional TKD, but I also do this type of martial arts with select students who are up for it. I am so amazed and impressed with you guys, you are awesome. Keep it up. I hope to see more from you guys.

For those who said those can be used in whatever fight,please get your brain right.Tricking is not for fighting,it is for exercising and showing off your skill and even sometimes you can go for competition and earn money if you get 1st 2nd or 3rd.
Keep in mind that the moves in the video are 720 roundhouse kick,540 kick,jacknife,scoot,Webster(axe),360 kick,corkscrew,cheat gainer 900 and more,these are moves and tricks for tricking which they are not for fighting(welp maybe 720,360 and 540 are) so please ok?stop saying that they can be used in whatever fight and then keep arguing 🙄🤦🏼♂️.

Lurkens Kanal Some of these kicks can be used if you knew how and when to use them. Especially a 540 because of how fast it is and how much momentum you gain from it.

+Anthony liu Want to bet on one of them against an actual martial artist? I won't say tricking is shit, it itsn't, it serves the purpose of entertainment, but it's called tricking for a reason. If you were fighting, would you rather use efficient, hard hitting techniques or would you try the flashy spin kick somersault whatevers that can easily throw you out of balance and need your opponent to stay in place for quite a long time?

TheZero528 no,no .. it is just that a lot of people see these fancy kicks that truly look great and say something like "killing machine" "could beat up anyone" .. i am not hating, it looks great, and i would like to be able to do it.. it just that people often confuse this to fighting..
My mistake, please excuse my rudeness. You're right, the moves displayed are less then practical but it doesn't mean the people doing them can't fight.
It can be useful in a fight I've seen some of these be used before
It can be used....if you're accurate and can judge the opponents' speed and next move. These kicks are much more effective because of the amount of momentum carried with it due to the spinning.

+AssassinStudios that's assuming the opponent doesn't see it coming. Which a true fighter would see these techniques coming from a mile away. They look nice, and the technique is flawless, excellent even. But I wouldn't rely on these flashy techniques in an actual fight. Too big of a risk.
have you looked yourself in mirror... your picture looks like drunk... you want to take flash moves ..ok do it. by the time you will do back flip i will shoot you withtornado and hook kicks... at a time..its only 1 second game...in next second you will see star in a day....

I'd say these are drills for fighting I mean think about it someone who doesn't have any experience fighting ofc you'd win if you knew these tricks. bc ur flexibility is higher and your control of coordination is stronger.

I'll give you some advice, if you fight with Wing Tsun fighter, don't try tornado kick or something.
These guys are amazing but its not tricking,parkour,breakdance or gymnastics.Its extremely highly skilled martial artists and it looks like,tae kwon do,capoeira and wushu.
It actually is tricking excluding the hand movements.

All of does moves are a form of renamed martial arts moves.Its spring from that and people has adding to it and experimenting with it.
.....which is tricking. A td raiz is a mix of capoeira and taekwondo. Swing thrus(cork,gainer etc..) is not from a martial art but something new created from tricking. A flick flack is from tricking, a flash kick is from tricking. Everything here is from tricking idk how you can't see that.
