    Loved your reflection at the end! Reminds me that I am not the only one who struggles with body image. Some fitness goals that I have this year is to incorporate more cardio into my routine and hold myself accountable by going to the gym early in the morning rather than holding off until the end of the day.

      'm glad the reflection made you feel that way! Sometimes I feel like no one talks about it. and I feel you on the cardio one! I trying to incorporate more core into mine but started with just like 5 minutes lol.
