Haha it was a lot easier than expected. Really the tough part was staking it up and ensuring the plant stays still

I have a couple very large monsteras but I wonder how much time it takes from variegation to those large beautiful; leaves. I have the largest leaf (yes, they are climbing) at about a foot and a half long with great variegation but how long when mature like this to have these leaves grow that size?
