What I love about your recipes is that they can easily be modified using homemade ingredients. That looks delicious. Your puppy at the end licking the cabinet and then looking up at you was soooooo cute.
Everything looks great! I quit trying to cook shrimp years ago. If it can be overcooked, I am the one to do it, every single time! Will have to try this crock pot method! Maybe for once my shrimp won't come out tough as shoe leather!
I'm butterflying the chicken and pounding within an in of their lives, making delicious thin fried cutlets and topping with raos which is good jarred gravy, and hitting some provolone. Take me about 15 minutes total and it will be restaurant quality. Maybe make a side of fettuccine with the cheese, cream sauce.
Rao's is a good sauce, but it's super easy to make your own. I just take some crushed tomatoes, puree them in a blender. Then I add fresh diced onions, some garlic powder can also add a fresh diced garlic clove if you want), onion powder, just a pinch or 2 of himilayan or sea salt, black pepper (optional), and whatever other seasonings I want. Go light on each srasoning. And just add more if needed. You can add Italiaan seasoning or parsley or basil or oregeno. Just add things to yours and your family's liking. Putting it together really doesn't take but 5-10 minutes. Once you do that, you can store it in the fridge for a few days if you make it ahead...or you can cook it on the stove right for an hour or 2 in whatever dish you're adding it to...or in the slow cooker for several hours until the tomatoes and onions cook through and release their flavors into the sauce. Homemade is always better, because you're not adding alot of unhealthy or even toxic ingredients to your cooking. And you know exactly what you're putting in it...no questionable ingredients. Some of us really are trying to encourage you to come out of your comfort zone a little and try some actual real cooking, to boost your confidence in the kitchen and to upgrade your skill levelna little. We want you to see for yourself that yes, you CAN still make easy meals that are homemade. It takes a little more time and work, but you really can make a lot of easy homecooked dishes and recipes. That doesn't mean you can't still do some of these recipes using almost entirely pre-made ingredients.
I so agree! Here in Italy we mostly use fresh and also make sauce as you described. I find it odd how many simple ingredients are processed in the US. I love some of the ideas on this channel I just wish more fresh stuff was used.
@Hope-hg6uj here in the US, it all depends on how you grew up. If you were raised on a farm or in a rural area, you were not bombarded with "instant this or easy that", so you don't have that expectation of instant results for your efforts. The more influenced you are by suburban or city life, the more rushed and impatient you tend to become (not to mention, the more you tend to pile onto your plate). As far as homemade, not every single ingredient I use is from scratch. I do not make my own pasta, for instance...although maybe sometime in the future...who knows. I also don't usually use dried beans and rehydrate them for cookjng...although I have done it. However, anything that I can make from scratch, I will. The first time I made homemade bread when I got a ninja Foodi pressure cooker, the very first thing I made in it was a bread round. It was my first successful sandwhich bread and I've been making it at least once a month ever since! So I don't have bread on the house every day, but when I do, it's a real treat! I will never by store bought bread again. Unless it's ftom a real bakery. The quality difference is incomparable. I'm a novice cook, so there's alot that I don't know how to do. But I love sticking with what I fo know most nights. And then learning something new on occasion to add to my skills and to add variety to my family's menu. I'd much rather spend money on new gadgets that make cooking real food easier, or find techniques that speed up prep work, than go for the pre-made stuff. Other than needle (work very beginner sewer here), cooking is now my favorite homemaking skill. Ir's the ckean-up afterwards that I hate 😆
I'd never leave the first dish for 10 hours at work. Can be done in a saucepan in 10 minutes and grill chicken for flavor. And half the sauce. 2 jars of Raos is excessive for 3 breasts. This pasta dish is not meant for a crockpot. Grill the chicken then add to pasta and sauce. The hand mixer was a mess. Shrimp overcooked for 3 hours!! Oh no...shoukd be a stir fry.
@Terika- it's just tossing a bunch of pre-coojed and pre-made ingredients together, with the occasion raw meat, fish or poultry. It should be the itger way around...a bunch of fresh ingredients with the occasional canned of pre-made ingredients, with the emphasis on little to no pre-made or ors-packaged ingredients.
She used the blender to SHRED the chicken, not chop it. There is a big difference. If she wanted it chopped, she would have cut it up before adding it to the crock pot. The first recipe with chicken, I tried and it was good. RAO'S is the ONLY jarred sauces Iwould use. No suhar, all natural and tastes most like homemade. If any recipe uses other brands, I always substitute with ROA'S Closest to southern Italian sauces I have found
I love seeing what you cook, they are easy to prepare dishes and many look delicious! However, I cannot cook like this, way too much fat, aka one stick of butter, abundant cheeses and creamy sauces which are unhealthy for the body, but I am going to work on modifying some of your recipes that look delicious to a healthy, heart-conscious alternative recipe for our family. It would also be way beyond our budget to buy all those packaged sauces and other ingredients, and I prefer cooking from whole, fresh or frozen ingredients .
What exactly "looks amazing" about 3 raw pieces of chicken (that werent trimmed) sitting in cold marinara and alfredo sauce? How does that "look amazing"?
You do some good stuff but... is there any recipe you do in the crock pot that doesn't include cream cheese and marinara? Some overkill going on there. Lol
If you're not posting the recipe you need to tell us measurements and time. How many freaking lemons? Were they frozen? Sort of sounded it when they hit the pot. Help is out

Love watching your video, love your sweaters, how fast you cook, and your not afraid of touching
The food. Easy crock pot recipes.....
It all looks so delicious thank you for sharing

NEVER cook shrimp in a crockpot. Needs to be cooked hot and fast for a couple minutes.
Raw not frozen shrimp in microwave for two mins covered works great as well.
She turned that shrimp into fishing bait!
Suggestion: You should use granulated garlic instead of garlic salt as most of the items you are using are already high in sodium
All the dishes you made looks great.
Good lord… the whole thing looks absolutely ghastly 😵💫
Absolutely

Never mixed the 2 sauce's, But Will-Do! Shrimp oh heck Yes!❤This is the Dew!❤😂 Girl this is Great Dish!😅❤
Made the chicken pasta for my family and company yesterday. They LOVED it. Even the 5 year olds. Left the cheese out too. 😬
These all look so yummy!! Thank you Justine.😋
She says that about all her pasta dishes!😂😅😊
That’s a small fortune in lemons.
All the recipes look delicious and easy to achieve. Thank you for sharing.

I’m so glad that you put old bay seasoning on the shrimp we do that here in Maryland should come out pretty tasty
So many ingredients 😮 delicious ❤
This is great for weeknights and the best part!!!
No fast food or take out. Saving money❤️
Why not brown the chicken first?
And the hambuger as well.
Looks good like always"!😊😊

Where can I watch your channel? You know it all. People cook chicken like that all the time in crockpot
Imo, don't need the shaved cheese on the shrimp and lemons. ❤💌
Nothing id want to cook. 😮
It is not cooking. I don't know what it is ...😮

This looks so good
On the chicken when shredded and done add sliced black olives and sliced in half cherry tomatoes and less cheese.
Oh my stomach bubbling 😮 all that cheese
Looks amazing, sending to my son❤🦋

Everything is just beautiful
The little guy in the back...Momma fid you make me some too!?? 🐶
😂😂😂😂 - Blender to Chop Chicken. Can anyone honestly say they tried her food? 😳
She used the blender to SHRED the chicken, not chop it. There is a big difference. If she wanted it chopped, she would have cut it up before adding it to the crock pot.

I tried her Shepard's Pie (from another video) last week. Delicious! My family loved it!
….. “ bc it’s going to be an Italian dinner”💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻…. Ahh girl I’m half Sicilian and I love you …..
But this is so awesomely American ❤❤❤
I'm 100% Italian, and there isn't even a sliver of Italian cooking. It is an insult to cooking in itself.
Keep them coming
You should give these dishes you make names. It could be your signature. These dishes need names to bring them to the next level.
How many lemons did you slice up? Looks delicious.
I would make this dish.Easy and one pot.❤
Great 🍽️
How many lemons did you cut up??
I love her eyes when she trays her food.
Overacting
@@kims1941 no your sweet
It's all an act, trust me...the food is not that good to get that fake reaction.🥴
@@tiffanybyrd1501 it's worth it

Looks great.I'll make it.😊
You’re so Happy it makes me happy too❤❤❤❤

Post your healthier modified recipes. I would watch them. I modify everything anyway.
Our Justine love her food spices, so in the sam sentence, I do like Ms Justine to be awfully spice's.❤
Are you sure you dont want to add anything else to the lemon shrimp dish?
To each his own.😮
Cooking with Kyle has recipes just like these. I wonder who borrowed from who.
It's important to remember to remove the rest of the easy peel shell off the shrimp. Looks like a decent recipe.
On the ground beef crockpot recipes, it doesn't complete doesn't the recipe goes right to the shredded chicken recipe????¿?
Too MANY INGREDIENTS!!!?
Why does everyone use chicken breast....it's dry and lacks taste. Boneless, skinless thighs are better
Yeah, I don't get it either. Also the thighs are cheaper so it's a win-win.
Skin is the best part.
@vivolucas9081 good and crispy
@vivolucas9081 not when your putting it in a recipe.
I agree. I never use breasts anymore.
WOW‼️. Can’t wait to try these! Thank you🥰
How do you stay so skinny😉
I can't figure ou how you're so slim lol
A bit of a mess in the pot😬
I have to turn the sound of for all her videos...
Omg, I hope off camera you clean out those jars and use the sauce you left behind .
All great
Never thought of putting shrimp in a crock pot, but if you can....😁 What else would you put in there but butter and lemon?👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
¡¡¡Uuuuufffff... Qué asco todo!!! Le pone a las comidas cualquier cosa qué encuentra a mano, sea lo que sea... 🤢🤢🤢
written recipes would be a big help for your audience.
Please don't knock glass jars against your crock liner. You never know if there is defect in the jar to chip or break off.
Scary.
Where can I buy that crockpot? And how many quarts make?
is the shrimp frozen? thawed?
It looked frozen
@@nicolesewell7724sounds frozen when they hit the sides of the crock pot
It's frozen.
What Italian dish does not have Garlic?
Iove watching your vedio
Plz list exact measurements i have to follow exact
What’s your puppy’s name?
Esa ollo es electrica?
Do you ever show the recipe after it’s cooked?
Again, I swear she just makes up crap as she goes. 😂
What happened with the recipe with the ground beef? After the break it came back to chicken?!?! 😂
Editing mix up!
Do you know how much these crockpot meals cost for the average family especially the shrimp… a family of four could not afford to eat like this
Yummylicious ❤😋😋😋👌👍
Not seafood judt shrimp, 🎉😂😂
She is programmed to say that all her recipes tastes good, unfortunately these recipes don't seem to look appealing to the eyes 👀 nor appetizing.
What exactly "looks amazing" about 3 raw pieces of chicken (that werent trimmed) sitting in cold marinara and alfredo sauce? How does that "look amazing"?
She's quite impressed with herself
Horrific .😮😫😳
Please stop the bagged cheese!! Enough all you "cooks" on RUclips!
God what a mess!!
Quelle horreur !!!
I can't believe my eyes !
Gastronomie américaine...
You lost me at shrimp, but I may try with just chicken.
You do some good stuff but... is there any recipe you do in the crock pot that doesn't include cream cheese and marinara? Some overkill going on there. Lol
The cross contamination with the shrimp 🤢 🤮
Mamma mia!!!!
I’ve never seen hamburger cooked like that! Better use very lean meat because all that grease is in your dinner! 😳
To many lemon in the 2nd dish!
こんにちは。とても美味しそうです。あなたのビデオは素敵です😍
You totally mispronounced Rao’s sauce
Stop saying "beautiful" so much!
I think you like to add to many ingredients. Youd spend a fortune on all that. Not my style if cooking.
Measure w your heart 😊
Goody two shoes- measure with your heart? Hahahahahahahahaha 😂
Raos is delicious
On high for how long the first recipe?
I think she said 8 hours.. 😂
Did I miss something..you put in hamburger but you used mixer to break up chicken..
If you're not posting the recipe you need to tell us measurements and time. How many freaking lemons? Were they frozen? Sort of sounded it when they hit the pot. Help is out
Way too many ingredients, especially the seasonings.
Great idea but way too much garlic. For me anyway.😊
How much does
all this cost
