I am just amazed watching these videos and the prices for apartments. Back in 1995 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in St. Paul MN the price was $350/month +utilities.

I’m from Florida and wanted to move out to Minneapolis , since my job is truck driver I will have more opportunities up there with Better pay. But i heard the crime up there is increasing and that’s is stopping me a little bit.
