Nah this is crazy, bro. As soon as I'm done with my degree you're getting a phone call from me Shu. Thanks for your videos, always very cool and motivating to watch :)
Those low doorways are a bit of a Nuisance for Viewings, you have to keep remembering to duck. Might as well come prepared with head protection. Awesome Videos as always by Shu!
First house though I'm not a fan of the exterior style. The renovations are nice enough. I agree with taking down the wall to create a larger room. It looks like you were standing underneath a ladder to the attic. I wonder what it looks like. The expensive house was stylish looking but a huge waste of the exterior space. Concrete and gravel... zero style. Second floor halls looked narrow for some reason. It's hard to tell how many tatami each room was because of the wide angle on your video. The house is on a busy road. It seems to be located near services but very inconvenient to people without a car. I wonder what that home would cost if it was built now on the same lot.
Price seems steep on the 3rd house. I know living on the Main Street. Has its pros . But I’m not a fan of that. And seems like a lot of traffic noise in the house. The other 2 I liked. But the first one is the better of the 2. Nice to be by the ocean. I just love the countryside. That’s more my speed😊
I have to disagree. there is so much land with that 3rd house but the location is bad. the land could have been made into a green garden. instead everything is concrete. and the house is directly located on the main driveway street. lots of car noise. can't enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony in peace at all. and yeah, the price is also huge. not worth it.
@ u said it correctly. It’s not an ideal house as you said but for me, it’s spacious and livable, though there are still many aspects of this house could improve with that land size.
did the first two houses set up the balcony where you could hang your clothes and still see the ocean? Or are those supposed to have poles going across?
G'day shu from Australia What would the ongoing costs involved in owning ( the first house ) like government charges, taxes , rates, etc. obviously water and electricity would be on usage ,does this area charge for these services to be connected ( on going ) and then plus usage
Not to close but is ok...👌 And yeah,, somebody comented already something... What about if two cars will parkd at the same time... nither other persons at home and/or the last parked can pass.. 😬🤣
How safe are those properties by the ocean shu? I'm curious 🤔 they look great though .. Edit: I didn't know there was a hazard zone map, I'll have to check that out. 😂
Good day Shu, it's always good to get a notification from your channel.
Love to hear that!

Glad you enjoy the channel!
I love the smaller houses like the first two that have a variety of different rooms.
I like the 2nd house because of the placement of the front door. It's closer to the driveway.

It’s a beautiful day of departure from run-down houses and homes left with belongings.
House number 3 obviously stands tall among all.
👍👍👍
I like the first 2 its close to the beach and price is reasonable.
That third house looked like it used its space really inefficiently, especially for that price line. First two houses used their space much better.
Another nice content ❤
Glad you enjoy it!
Thank you again

First 2 perfect. Buy one to live in and 2nd to rent. Would love to know what estimated rent on first 2 would be. Cheers.

Number 3 but price is excessive bedrooms are very small
Everything of the 3rd house was great to me until I saw the price 😅

how are the first two out of the hazard zone, is the altitude over 100ft?
Second one for sure

Do oceanfront properties have a premium in tsunami zones like Japan?
I like the first house second house no, third house I don’t like it. It’s too small and I wish I had a little garden.
Beautiful homes. Are you familiar with Shizuoka-ken and have you sold any homes there?
Not to close but is ok...👌 And yeah,, somebody comented already something... What about if two cars will parkd at the same time... nither other persons at home and/or the last parked can pass.. 😬🤣
What did you mean by the first house being outside the danger/warning zones?
But those cars be touching if they were both parked?

I hope you’re like 6’4” 😂
I agree with your changes
Great price I think
3rd house should be 3 times as big with an elevator.
The beach is great until there is a tsunami.
Dude, can you be our realtor please? Ha 😅
The doorway should be higher, not taller. You’re welcome.
Odawara is far from Tokyo.
Nice for the price Prefer Kanagawa to Tokyo or Yokohama
Why didn't he check out the neighborhood and present with assertive information. People rely on initial info......
