Fender American Ultra Precision Bass Review

Fender has been making Precision Basses for 70 years. Is their American Ultra series the best of all? Don't think I can answer the question, but I offer my opinions anyway. I own this exact bass and color I bought new in 2020. I will say I do really like it a lot. The color is what drew me in and they discontinued the Red Plasma Burst now so I am glad I did get it.. It plays well and sound great, lightweight as well. Nice review Kevin.

@@KPJohnson A poor right hand technique is better than no right hand technique my friend. It's just something to work on and to be honest it's something you can do while away from the bass. Just practice going back and fourth with the 2 fingers. You can do it while sitting in traffic to the song you are listening to

So would you say these have the same quality as your EB Music Man Stingray Special? I've been thinking of making one of these my next bass purchase in the white pearl but there seems to be a bit of negativity out there on these.

I would say it’s very comparable. I think Music Man is more consistent with their quality and it can be hit or miss with the Fender.
