This was a last minute performance where they asked me to sing something “operatic and jazzy”. I had this cool arrangement by my friend Jerry that I had done on a concert tour a few years earlier.
I rehearsed it with the musicians for about 5-10 minutes, we ran the song twice and we were good to go. I was really impressed with the other musicians and was super pleased that we pulled this off.
Music was made!
This performance was for the after party of the Ribbon Cutting event for Falcetti School of Music’s grand opening in Simsbury CT.
