  • A slash and burn video on a roll film test in my Polaroid 80A, no prep work or planning, just a throw together video. The film was a total bust. At best its a long shot. I still have a roll of film for the larger 800 series camera to try.

    The film you bought the from eBay following is expired you should check the date when you receive it from the box at the bottom of the box

      It's all expired. It hasn't been made in at least 40 years. I wanted to try anyway. I got what everyone else gets when they try this.

    Does any modern film work on this?

      Not that I have ever heard of. The only polaroid aftermarket film left is the peel apart 100 series, single shot stuff made by some sensitive guy in Austria, I thinks it's Austria.

    Where is the battery compartment and how do you access it?

      There is no battery, it was all dead reckoning unless you used a light meter which, back in those days was probably selenium and as such also had no battery.

    What kind of film was it ?

    • @tobroken1965
      @tobroken1965  5 лет назад +4

      It was Polaroid 400 speed type 32 film. At best any film you find will be at least 40 years old and almost certainly dried out. But It was a fun test anyway.
