im really confuse about them, cause sometimes i see them as just really good friends that love each other in a platonic way, other times i see the real love, the chemistry and you know, all that stuff... caryl is a mistery for me but i love them so badly

Exactly, it's just so confusing! I shipped them back in the season 3 to 7 but then I change my point of view on them and started to like them as great platonic relationship (and there's lack of these relationships sadly). But season 11 brings back the undeniable chemistry between them and I ship them again. But at the same time when Carol said they are best friend and Daryl said 'I love you' to her, you can't really tell if it's in platonic or romantic way. I hope we'll see conclusion of their arc in future spinoffs or in the movie finale.
Also when I rewatched their scenes and important Caryl moments I just feels like it's more romantic cause Daryl has many platonic relationships but with Carol it's just... different.
Personally never seen any romantic chemistry between them, they're like brother and sister imo.

not all intimate relationships need to be romantic. it seems like their friendship even surpasses romanticism, they have a strong bond that is just simply a bond. if they were in a romantic relationship, it would probably work. but this is how they’ve decided to treat and be there for each other. everyone shows their own love in different ways.
