Absolutely amazing! Love that you constantly are cleaning as you go. I grew up in a home where my Dad was constantly remodeling. My bedroom as a teenager was the garage, then an apartment for my Grandma and eventually my bedroom and a second bathroom. When I left home he was still remodeling😊 The first summer we moved to our home, I was only 8 years old, he removed all the floors to put a foundation under the house as it had been built directly on the ground. It was a small logging town in Southern Oregon. He also worked full-time and did exactly as you, after work and weekends. You both are amazing men! Especially my Dad, no offense, but he was my Daddy🤗 Look forward to seeing what you do to your new home.

Ho Lee molly that was a life changing experience. Congratulations on not giving up. I built a house for 20+ years with a few remodels built in. Then I starting working so many hours at the day job I just stopped till I retired .The bathroom remodel was my last.sold the house because of a divorce and moved to Louisiana. Now I’m too old to get things done any time soon but I’m trying anyway.
I’m excited to see you redo your new place. Following you.

Ah...the black and white checked flannels. I remember them well. What amazes me is that I watched every one of these renovations, episode by episode. Has it really been that long? The startling transformation from the vintage home you purchased to the modern and upgraded home you sold. These were some of the best renovations on RUclips. And then to see your subscribership grow to half a million...amazing. However, you really worked Cody so hard on each of these. 🤣 It has been a pleasure all these years, and I am looking forward to the future. I know Mrs. Fixer is going to get you on that kitchen renovation pronto!!! Thank you for sharing all of your ideas with us. 👍🏼👍🏼

I would have kept that brick chimney visible to add character to the home. Some of the vapor barrier plastic on the ceiling had holes in it. Shouldn't they be taped closed? Will you renovate the basement at some point? I liked how you built cabinets around the corner out of the kitchen towards the back entrance. Kitchen countertop was awesome, though would like to see how you hid joint in sink area and joined stove exhaust to the one on opposite side of microwave. You should put lights under the hanging kitchen cupboards.

Nice whole story video - I think I discovered your channel at the beginning of your bathroom remodel, since I was getting ready to do mine; always good to watch remodels for inspiration and knowledge. I was hooked on your craftmanship and personality and subscribed. I remember each of the rooms, all the details. You made a very nice house into a cozy home and whomever lives there will be very content. You never mentioned, since the purchase of your new home, did you sell this one or will you be renting it out? Curious minds want to know! And....looking forward to the new house, room by room upgrades and really excited to see you set up that massive work shop area.

Just a question, what is the floor plan for your house, I want to build it in The Sims 3 and I’m hoping I could get images of the floor plans, not house numbers or anything cuz that’s just wrong. 😂

Did you start remodeling your new house? If you did, tell me. Can you paint the inside walls of the house white? Also, can your house be black
And white? I mean, that will look more modern. Can you demolish every room in the house at the same time well, except for the rooms… also will you keep the speakers (I hope you do). Can you replace the exterior sighting and put new sighting in white? One last question, when will you release the video of you remodeling your new house?
My bad for the mess of questions, I was just eager to ask all of this😅 Also, put it in order of numbers so is not mixed around😁
