craziest thing is, she doesn’t go for vocal classes, she’s born with that beautiful voice
Absolutely, and one of the composers said that Siti has the ability to colour the notes that make the song more beautiful and pleasant to hear...
Dia pergi kelas adnan, seorang composer selama berapa bulan entah. There’s no talent can beat hardword like she did
And nobody could replace her, she is on Melayu People heart all the time ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Siti Nurhaliza is quintessential in Malaysian music industry development. She is the legend. She is our pride and honour. I sang her songs twice in competition which I won. It is just magical how singing&admiring her songs can get people togetheR.❤❤❤ Love how you both reacted to her singing performance.

Many prominent people in in the music industry said that her songs are very very hard to be sang by any other singers.
I remember, among others, famous Malaysian maestro Datuk Ramly MS and Titi Dj (Indonesia's Diva) saying that her songs are complicated and anyone who sang her song should not be compared to her.

She is so good that even Japan officially invited her from 1999 to 2013 as representative of South East Asia because not only she can pull off pop & ballad, but most importantly local traditionally songs while staying true to her roots. She has now been conferred with the title "Dato Seri" (equivalent to "Sir" in UK) by the Malaysian Sultan for he contribution for spreading Malay traditinol culture to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Brunei and the regions.

She's a great singer indeed!
With her efficient technique you just feel she can sing with the same consistency for hours! This is what technique does.
And using dynamics, she's also getting the emotional impact without needing to belt heavily. Of course, this is stylistic, and some styles such as R&B, gospel and so on require heavier belting to achieve the "sound", but Siti's voice is beautiful to listen to.
Great reaction guys. Always appreciate the honesty and sharing your thoughts and experience as trained singers.
Her "uh" vowel is something else!
A lot of vocal coaches reacted to Dato Siti's song but I personally think this is a reaction with the most technical comments. You have beautifully explained the technical things, and for that, thank you!
Dear sir/ma'am, Siti has very unique background of how she develop the sound.
Long story short,if u notice in her voice, she have dual tone, the bass and the high pitch, came out together at the same time.On top of that, she able to manipulate, amplified them with resonances.
This kind of sound normally produce by birds/whales.
For thousands of years, this kind of sound, as we know it, is the sound of the angels that were used to be closely living with our human world(as in Malaysia Indonesia at least, for that matter),
Fm the review, i found out that both of you have very pitch perfect ears and deep soul appreciation level.
Well done.
I do agree 👍
I love how professionals give honest and educative reviews without having a bias towards her.
That's how we like it. A honest review with educational explanation without being rude or bias. What I also like is that they react to many international songs around the world

She is a legendary singer in Malaysia.
She is not singing just one song but its a more than an hour concert so she have to keep her energy.
2 hours ++
Somebody must give them 1 song video.. this video she just maybe need to reserve her energy
After all, we can't just find the right words to describe her voice.. Let's just call her A Gift from God 😀
She is a great singer in Malaysia and until now nobody can outperform her. That's for sure.
The reason why u feel she dont feel tension cos most vocal coach in Malaysia named her as natural. She is like those singers that so talented that she got minimal voice coaching. She is not trying too much but just letting go of wat her voice meant for her to sing it the way it is.
Also why u hear soft at certain part and dynamic the way it is, cos she embodies the lyric and she was telling stories along with it. If its pain, she will adjust to make pple feel the pain in her own way. If it’s love, she bring you on a journey of ups and down of love. Thats just how she is. A story teller singer
I absolutely agree n love your comment ..
Love this! I think you're right, it's definitely the mark of a story teller to use different vocal techniques to bring out an emotion or reaction. While I completely understand this choice, as a first time listener it felt as though she lost some of her resonance which we heard so clearly later on! Now thats just my personal opinion! Each artist gets to make that choice for themself, and had it not been my first time listening, I imagine it would be different!
@@ChaseandMelia gotta agree on her losing the resonance. nowadays after having babies and married, her songs are more into the clear and easy listening vibe(?), i dont really know how to explain but it is more mature in a way. as she started singing since her middle school, and grew up with us, i mean i grew up listening to her, her songs nowadays are more fun and she did have a few belts still that have the resonance but she's not into that anymore.
