I work at a dental office and we also have the Zoom whitening treatment. The relief gel was a good call and the toothpaste. Maybe ibuprofen or Tylenol could’ve helped a little. The treatment is very intense and heard similar experiences from patients. I personally would never do it, because I know myself and I’m sensitive and I just stick to whitening trays and I believe it’s just as effective.
What whitening trays do you suggest for sensitive teeth?❤

I whitened my teeth with zoom and my results right away were minimal but once I started using the trays for a month or two every other week I saw and keep seeing major differences in the whiteness!!

I am a dental hygienist and if you ever experience teeth sensitivity especially with whitening order MI paste. You can order it yourself online. Your teeth have pores and when you whiten them with chemicals those pores open and fluid transfer between those “pores” causes that sensitivity and pain. MI paste fills those “pores” with calcium and fluoride so you dont have that pain anymore and helps to strengthen the teeth after. Its a game changer. Look into MI paste!😊
