I’m not sure that I completely fall into the sigma label, but I was lucky to find a woman that fits many of these things. She wants me, she doesn’t need me that makes her that much more desirable. After 26 years of being married to a controlling/narcissistic woman she is a breath of fresh air.

Biggest advice for all my fellow sigmas always get a prenup if you think you’ve found that “perfect woman” because I’m pretty good at reading people but my soon to be ex wife literally was able to act in all of these trait’s until a couple years into our marriage. She slowly became the direct opposite of every single one of these and literally tried to suck the soul out of me but in the battle of wills I held firm in myself. Life has been so much less stressful since we have separated and even though my life got flipped over I’m significantly happier and have even got back to the same shape I was in when I got out of the military in less than 5 weeks. The next biggest thing I can suggest is to truly take plenty of time to ensure that the woman is actually true even if that means trying to have one of your close friends that they haven’t met yet to try to help you create a way to test them in situations that would have them break their character, both in front of you and when your not around her to ensure that she is who she is portraying herself to be.

I wish that we had a prenup and that it worked because I would’ve been in a far better boat and not ended up having to get rid of my home before defaulting because of the cash she took days before the mortgage payment was made and left all of her credit card debt for me to take care of. Ultimately I’m probably gonna end up declaring bankruptcy because I don’t have anymore assets from my life really besides a few personal items that I need to live and don’t feel I should be left to pay for her school debt, debt she racked up (blaming me for it because she had to have access to a credit card that she would consistently overspend to only blame me for all of the debt that I spent which was on stuff that was a necessity and not a want.). She has obtained a lawyer and I think gonna try to screw me over but I made sure to pay my family back for the cash that they helped us out with during tough times that we had only paid back about 40% of total that we owed them. They didn’t make a big deal with me for the cash from the sale of the home we split but the wife wouldn’t even use the cash we got from it to take care of the debts and leave me to take care of it all. I think declaring bankruptcy will ultimately protect me in the long run and make her actually have to pay for her wasteful spending. The world is definitely a crazy place and I am so tired of dealing with so many fake people at all levels of life. I believe I’ve lived a full life and honestly have no stress about finding another woman to become my best friend & soul mate because I highly doubt that someone will meet all of the requirements I personally have and then on the inverse side that the likelihood of their requirements for a mate matching up perfectly with me is low as well because I fall into so many different personality categories which resonate with me in the following order Sigma/Omega/Empath that has come to truly see how evil money can truly make people. Anymore my plan isn’t trying to acquire massive wealth but to ensure I have enough resources to be able to live “comfortably” (which isn’t anything extremely lavish but not living in squalor either) so that I can utilize and enjoy the majority of the time in my life that I can because I don’t live to work and want to change to working to live with a good work life balance. Now that I don’t have a heavy noose around my neck always trying to pull me down whenever I have any ideas or plans because she wanted to be able to keep me in control but eventually realized that I am highly adaptable man that when she forced me out of working a regular job to end up doing multiple side hustles when she was at work to make enough income but wasn’t ever enough, at least until I possibly reached 9-12 figures then she might have chilled out but I doubt it. The one thing I can say is the 2 months we’ve been apart has been such a relief for my mental health because after a decade of extreme gaslighting it almost made me think that I was being the narcissistic person until I did a deep dive on everything that took place and saw that I was the only one trying to make her life better while she was always trying to attack me to pull me down so she didn’t fear losing me. Near the end I started pushing back far more because my empathic side had been beat into a corner that made me numb to her attacks and essentially stopped giving any responses from her relentless consist attacks. The entitled narcissist within her couldn’t stand that I was taking back my power because my mental health had started to affect my physical health which I wasn’t gonna have happen if I could do anything about it myself. She would hit me to wake me up if I was breathing loud during allergy seasons when getting my 2-5 hours of max sleep for the day and she wouldn’t ever get up to take any of the 4 dogs she had to get outside to use the yard for potty/poop which led me to being woke up at least 2-6 times in that 2-5 hour period of sleep. Life has been throwing different types of curve balls since it all went down but honestly far less stressful. I find it funny that she is trying to get a lawyer against me when she owes so much cash and could’ve got out amicably but she failed to pay attention to the state we lived in’s laws where the partner who (on paper) isn’t make the most money would then become required to pay their spouse alimony after 10 years of marriage. We had 3.24% interest rate on our 3k sq ft home and doubled its value in 3 years but because she failed to let me do any needed repairs because she needed lavish spending and taking care of her entire family we ended up losing around 120k in value in the home. Even though I’ve lost a lot I’m glad that I’ve got out of that nightmare because it gets old always being at fault for virtually everything even if your over 400 miles away working 18 hour days to take care of her when she was going through college. Don’t let the crazy women affect us or drag us down and hopefully some of us might get lucky and find a good woman who actually has good values & is true to herself in an authentic manner. I’m not holding my breath for such things but will always keep myself open to the possibility and have never had a problem finding female companionship but got tired of the meaningless styled transactions of the hook up culture. It was fun when I was in my early 20’s but you don’t get anything from that except a short bit of fun because personally I’m tired of shallow connections and been searching for something deep, meaningful, and where we would actually connect on more than our root chakras (physical connection which is nice) and instead to be deeply connected on our crown chakra (spiritual/mental/emotional which is what makes a truly long lasting partnership/relationship) which is what soulmates would actually react to because the ex was a hyper sexual woman which was nice at first but after a decade just being viewed as a good piece of man meat is truly disparaging if the man has become anything more than a F-boy which occurs with most men at some point in their life.

I’m not sure that I completely fall into the sigma label, but I was lucky to find a woman that fits many of these things. She wants me, she doesn’t need me that makes her that much more desirable. After 26 years of being married to a controlling/narcissistic woman she is a breath of fresh air.
When your woman fails you it's really hard to take. You just have to pick yourself up and keep moving forward. Biggest advice for all my fellow sigmas always get a prenup if you think you’ve found that “perfect woman” because I’m pretty good at reading people but my soon to be ex wife literally was able to act in all of these trait’s until a couple years into our marriage. She slowly became the direct opposite of every single one of these and literally tried to suck the soul out of me but in the battle of wills I held firm in myself. Life has been so much less stressful since we have separated and even though my life got flipped over I’m significantly happier and have even got back to the same shape I was in when I got out of the military in less than 5 weeks. The next biggest thing I can suggest is to truly take plenty of time to ensure that the woman is actually true even if that means trying to have one of your close friends that they haven’t met yet to try to help you create a way to test them in situations that would have them break their character, both in front of you and when your not around her to ensure that she is who she is portraying herself to be.

I wish that we had a prenup and that it worked because I would’ve been in a far better boat and not ended up having to get rid of my home before defaulting because of the cash she took days before the mortgage payment was made and left all of her credit card debt for me to take care of. Ultimately I’m probably gonna end up declaring bankruptcy because I don’t have anymore assets from my life really besides a few personal items that I need to live and don’t feel I should be left to pay for her school debt, debt she racked up (blaming me for it because she had to have access to a credit card that she would consistently overspend to only blame me for all of the debt that I spent which was on stuff that was a necessity and not a want.). She has obtained a lawyer and I think gonna try to screw me over but I made sure to pay my family back for the cash that they helped us out with during tough times that we had only paid back about 40% of total that we owed them. They didn’t make a big deal with me for the cash from the sale of the home we split but the wife wouldn’t even use the cash we got from it to take care of the debts and leave me to take care of it all. I think declaring bankruptcy will ultimately protect me in the long run and make her actually have to pay for her wasteful spending. The world is definitely a crazy place and I am so tired of dealing with so many fake people at all levels of life. I believe I’ve lived a full life and honestly have no stress about finding another woman to become my best friend & soul mate because I highly doubt that someone will meet all of the requirements I personally have and then on the inverse side that the likelihood of their requirements for a mate matching up perfectly with me is low as well because I fall into so many different personality categories which resonate with me in the following order Sigma/Omega/Empath that has come to truly see how evil money can truly make people. Anymore my plan isn’t trying to acquire massive wealth but to ensure I have enough resources to be able to live “comfortably” (which isn’t anything extremely lavish but not living in squalor either) so that I can utilize and enjoy the majority of the time in my life that I can because I don’t live to work and want to change to working to live with a good work life balance. Now that I don’t have a heavy noose around my neck always trying to pull me down whenever I have any ideas or plans because she wanted to be able to keep me in control but eventually realized that I am highly adaptable man that when she forced me out of working a regular job to end up doing multiple side hustles when she was at work to make enough income but wasn’t ever enough, at least until I possibly reached 9-12 figures then she might have chilled out but I doubt it. The one thing I can say is the 2 months we’ve been apart has been such a relief for my mental health because after a decade of extreme gaslighting it almost made me think that I was being the narcissistic person until I did a deep dive on everything that took place and saw that I was the only one trying to make her life better while she was always trying to attack me to pull me down so she didn’t fear losing me. Near the end I started pushing back far more because my empathic side had been beat into a corner that made me numb to her attacks and essentially stopped giving any responses from her relentless consist attacks. The entitled narcissist within her couldn’t stand that I was taking back my power because my mental health had started to affect my physical health which I wasn’t gonna have happen if I could do anything about it myself. She would hit me to wake me up if I was breathing loud during allergy seasons when getting my 2-5 hours of max sleep for the day and she wouldn’t ever get up to take any of the 4 dogs she had to get outside to use the yard for potty/poop which led me to being woke up at least 2-6 times in that 2-5 hour period of sleep. Life has been throwing different types of curve balls since it all went down but honestly far less stressful. I find it funny that she is trying to get a lawyer against me when she owes so much cash and could’ve got out amicably but she failed to pay attention to the state we lived in’s laws where the partner who (on paper) isn’t make the most money would then become required to pay their spouse alimony after 10 years of marriage. We had 3.24% interest rate on our 3k sq ft home and doubled its value in 3 years but because she failed to let me do any needed repairs because she needed lavish spending and taking care of her entire family we ended up losing around 120k in value in the home. Even though I’ve lost a lot I’m glad that I’ve got out of that nightmare because it gets old always being at fault for virtually everything even if your over 400 miles away working 18 hour days to take care of her when she was going through college. Don’t let the crazy women affect us or drag us down and hopefully some of us might get lucky and find a good woman who actually has good values & is true to herself in an authentic manner. I’m not holding my breath for such things but will always keep myself open to the possibility and have never had a problem finding female companionship but got tired of the meaningless styled transactions of the hook up culture. It was fun when I was in my early 20’s but you don’t get anything from that except a short bit of fun because personally I’m tired of shallow connections and been searching for something deep, meaningful, and where we would actually connect on more than our root chakras (physical connection which is nice) and instead to be deeply connected on our crown chakra (spiritual/mental/emotional which is what makes a truly long lasting partnership/relationship) which is what soulmates would actually react to because the ex was a hyper sexual woman which was nice at first but after a decade just being viewed as a good piece of man meat is truly disparaging if the man has become anything more than a F-boy which occurs with most men at some point in their life.

You literally described the perfect woman and partner in my view. The problem is that while many women may describe themselves in such ways (being "empathetic", kind, independent, genuine, intelligent and deep thinker), in reality they are the complete opposite (narcissistic, fake, lack of self-awareness, man-hating, "boss babes", constantly seeking validation from their friend groups/"society" or virtue-signaling, vapid). However, when you find one of these rare gems, you must understand their behavior and what they agree to is based on their emotional state at the time and is no guarantee on how they will act in the future. They have integrity amnesia. I had exactly this 20 years ago and it's completely negated once a healthy degree of insecurity fades. Keep becoming better so it puts them in their place. Sometimes that isn't enough even post-wall.

I have such a man. And it is a constant work to be perfect for him. To be loved by such a man i must be a housewife and mother, have a work and my personal purposes in life. I can never rest. Its a hard life, but its worth it. Such a man can solve big problems, can support me, but he also let me go my own way and can accept that i have another life purposes than children and household. I have my goals which i want to achieve and its a hard work, to make both, household and career.
