Man i cant thank you enough! I stumbled upon your Wicker Man tutorial whilst trying to learn that solo and it helped me a lot so thought it was worth a shot haha! Please keep up the tutorials and UP THE IRONS!
No problem man! I have to say, I got your request whilst I settled down to watch a dvd. The dvd I was watching was 'Downfall' about the last days of Hitler. It was only whilst rehearsing this track at the same time as watching the movie that I realised the coincidence: Hitler - The Evil That Men Do. Scary! Cheers for motivating me.
Very usefull lesson! Thank you so much!! I'll trying to play this when my Jackson AS SDX come to me from Germany)) What can you say about this instrument? I know, you already have video, where you show this guitar, but maybe now you know it better =)
Again awesome . Could you maybe in the future do Paschendale . Its one of my favourites of Adrian outside Somewhere in time and Seventh son. Cheers man keep it up.
Thanks again Derek. Good suggestion. The most recent track I've done is The Wicker Man. Paschendale is a great track so I'll put it on my 'to do' list, haha!
Hi Eamon, youve a great undertstanding of Adrian Smiths style, do u do one on one guitar lessons, im an intermediate player who struggles on a few of his solos and could do with help, im based in Dublin but willing to travel. Cheers. Joey.
Thanks for this lesson! I'll try to play it, when my Jackson AS SDX come to me from Germany. What can you say about this instrument? I know, what you tell about it in one of your vids, but maybe you know something new about it, maybe do some modifications?
I have to say I love this guitar. In all honesty, in places it pails in comparison to the Ibanez Prestige. In an ideal world, I would probably replace all the pick-ups. The fact that there is no 'hole' beneath the bridge is also a drawback. However I love this guitar. It feels great, looks amazing, and these quibbles can be dealt with.
Ok. What pickups would you put in neck and middle position?. In bridge position I think Dimarzio Super Distortion is the best choise. Fender SCN (as on the original Jackson) is too rare and expensive in my country =(
I'm not much of a guitar 'tech' head I'm afraid, so I'm not sure what I'd put in it to be honest. Anything would be better than the neck pick-up that's in it, haha.
Terrific as always Eamon. Your Adrian tutorials are the best on the Web. Period. Cheers from Rhode Island
+Jason Desjardins Thanks Jason. That's high praise indeed, and is deeply appreciated.
I'm nearly there with this solo, just got to nail the bar scoops in fig.4. Thanks Eamon, great tutorial. 👍
Liked for the Janick Gers comment alone. 😂 Cheers for the tutorial.

Jim Panzee Hi Jim! Cheers for saying hello. I don't write tabs as I find them too time consuming I'm afraid.
It would be great if you recorded Walking on glass! From the 80's, you are great btw!

You talk a lot and you don't teach anything... I going to search other lesson with full song..
Do you boast your guitar, or do you teach a lesson? xD
There's room for everything. XD
Then there is no merit xDD
