Well, the Time Stones are actually from the game known as Sonic CD, which in this video has been modded to have "eXe" characters instead of the normal ones
While in the Nightmare Series it has been confirmed that the "EXE" creatures only managed to get 4 of them, and later discovered that one of the seven has been destroyed.
