The face painting is remarkable loved it and yeah gi I literally had no idea before that glaze medium come in colors as well .May be I have never worked with it I found it useful I hope will like my art work too

I started using a lot more glazes and layering in my art. In South Africa the climate is very hot in summer so my acrylics dries to quick. I usually like my acrylics as the oils take too long to dry for me.. Lol. So I have been wondering about these? What is the drying time approximately for the glaces? Love how her eyes pop with the glazing.
Hi Art with Ann Thank You for taking the time to watch. I really appreciate it - The water mixable oils can be dry to the touch quicker than the traditional oils but it is recommended that you leave at least 6 - 12 months for the oils before you class it as totally dry. Same as the glazes. Bear in mind the paint would have been dry by now (I finished this 2 weeks ago) but the glaze is definitely still tacky. Essentially though they are touch dry so it is easier to store, you still have to wait to add varnish and humidity etc. c an effect this. There are things that you can do for acrylics if you like using them eg spraying with water but I have to stay acrylic is probably my least favourite medium because I take a hideously long time to finish my work - Hope you Have a Good Day ✨👩🏻🎨✨🎨✨
So cobra water mixable oil glazing medium seems better, well certainly more economical, than other oil glazing mediums. I'm assuming that "greasy" is positive in this sense and is a very solid binder. Is this your choice of glazing medium or would you recommend another? Great series, Spectrum! 🤗🤗
Hi Animal Art by TerraCotta, thanks for watching - As I am using Cobra paints this is why I decided to use the Cobra glazing medium, however, when using the water mixable medium I have a slight preference for the W & N Artisan so that is the one that I use - I will always try and be as honest as I can. For this series i am not receiving product promotion so I am giving my honest opinion of what I believe are the best value for money products at time of airing 👩🏻🎨.✨🎨

From what I've seen Cobra seems a quality introductory even professional brand and so now I can better choose my mixing mediums. Much appreciation, Spectrum! I'm not finding information like yours on other channels 👍👍

So cobra water mixable oil glazing medium seems better, well certainly more economical, than other oil glazing mediums. I'm assuming that "greasy" is positive in this sense and is a very solid binder. Is this your choice of glazing medium or would you recommend another? Great series, Spectrum! 🤗🤗
Hi Animal Art by TerraCotta, thanks for watching - As I am using Cobra paints this is why I decided to use the Cobra glazing medium, however, when using the water mixable medium I have a slight preference for the W & N Artisan so that is the one that I use - I will always try and be as honest as I can. For this series i am not receiving product promotion so I am giving my honest opinion of what I believe are the best value for money products at time of airing 👩🏻🎨.✨🎨

From what I've seen Cobra seems a quality introductory even professional brand and so now I can better choose my mixing mediums. Much appreciation, Spectrum! How long do you wait for your underpainting to dry before beginning a glazing layer?
