If you enjoy reasonable wages and can afford to own a home where you live then Kelowna might not be for you because Kelowna boasts paying you minimum wages and boasts the highest real estate prices in Canada.
I can't wait to leave Kelowna. Highest crime rate in Canada, homeless everywhere, filthy air, especially when there are wildfires, housing is super expensive if you can find anything. Winters are awful. Gray skies and the backcountry is off limits because of too much snow. Too much traffic. Kelowna has The main highway running right through the center of the city. No bypass. In the summer thousands of tourists show up making traffic even worse.. if you want to live in Kelowna, remember to bring lots and lots of money You will need it
This video has no reason why you shouldn’t live in Kelowna. The title is deceptive in a fun loving way! I know people that have left Kelowna, for all the drug and homeless people problems. My mom’s garage got broken into and expensive tools stolen. Not to mention their house was broken into, and their valuables stolen. Their house was cased
I like a lot your video 😂 I believed you going to talk about negatives but was surprised with beautiful content about Kelowna 😂can’t wait to move there next month 😊
It's a great city as mentioned but only if you can afford it. It's just as expensive as the lower mainland with way fewer jobs. We are digital nomads with remote tech jobs so we could afford to live here but it's surely not for people making wages on the lower end. But personally I wouldn't live anywhere else. ❤️
Hey, Nikhil. I am in tech remote job too and planning to move to Kelowna. The main reason is weather and not much hustle bustle of a big city. Could we connect to discuss more about your experience in Kelowna.
The Snow scared me away, so I'm staying in Victoria! While you're scraping the frost off your windows, I'll be enjoying the Butchart Gardens with my Year Long Pass.
It would be an honour to scrape the frost off my windows! Unfortunately this year we still haven’t gotten snow Pretty sure im the only one in Kelowna that actually enjoys winter here
Okay I thought this was supposed to be a video about WHY NOT to move to this Canadian paradise!!! 😅🙄 Honestly my hometown of Knoxville, TN which is 4x's the size could learn a lot from this city.
Very overrated here. Unless you’re a millionaire or want to be in debt, don’t move here. Although I’ve lived here 10 years and my favourite part of it is snow, most people here hate the snow but seriously if you can’t handle it don’t come to Canada🙄

beat me to it. Construction worker rates are lower here also because they call it the 'sunshine tax'

Thank you! Welcome to Kelowna!
Let's conclude this.. if your not a millionaire don't live here
Lived in Kelowna for ten years..... vastly over rated. Do your homework first before moving there.
What didn’t you like? If you had a dual income of very high paying remote jobs, would you still dislike it?
Love the sarcasm in this video 😂 “So if you despise…. …. Then Kelowna is not for you” 😂
Haha. Thanks Brad!

COST OF LIVING! IF you are NOT wealthy, you can NOT afford a good life in the Okanagan / Kelowna.
Love this video, I think we'll be moving back home to Canada, to Kelowna, soon!
Thanks Gwen! Kelowna is the best place to call home! If you have any questions feel free to reach out. andrea@kelownahomes.com
Kelowna is good if you like barbecues.@@kelownaliving
If you are educated or have a trade with good income its a great place to live. Otherwise its not.

Smart title to draw attention! When everyone is saying reasons to move, she went opposite way! She must be in marketing!
theres only about 25 other videos doing the exact same thing.
