I'm sitting at my desk, AirPods in, laughing my a$$ off at this story while trying to work. My coworkers want me drug tested.
This is one of my all time favorites, I couldn't stop laughing while recording it. The outtakes at the end are only a few of many 😂

My goodness, I been putting off listening to this story thinking it was mediocre but this story is a gem. I loved every second of it
What I like about your narrations is that you always choose stories that have humor to them to balance out the horrors. And for sure a College Hobo inheriting a haunted house, turning a creep into a zombie butler and having the horniest monologue to disturb the antagonist sure makes for a hilarious story.
This feels like a jack Townsend like story. Fucking love it.
I'm a big fan of Jack Townsend as well, his gas station Jack series is excellent. One of my all time favorites for sure. Byfelsdisciple's stuff is also great though if you haven't read his stuff I highly recommend him. He's got some highly disturbing stories as well as some really funny stuff

I enjoy Rules stories but this is the first that the narrator decides to make his own rules Awesome job

The way this story was going, when he said "It wasn't rain" I was convinced it was going to be jizz. Then when it turned out to be "thousands of severed human eyeballs", I was like 'oh, that's not soo bad then.'

Great story. Was getting flashbacks while listening. Sarah is just like a girl who I met in highschool and I am a little more like Raymond then I would like to be.

Hands down the best story I've listened to. Everything flowed so well and it really seemed like actual dialogue you would have in this situation, and put a notch in your belt for clapping Ghost cheeks.

Second time listening to this podcast, the complete work is awesome , yes teenagers are hard to understand if you can’t remember back to when you were one😂! Fortunately I can even at my age! It’s not hard to become distracted by a new relationship 😊❤! And the way the story is told and the out takes are awesome 😊!
