Great review of The Valley Forge Inn. We have stayed there before but it has been awhile. The location is the best feature of the hotel. You can walk to so many places. Thanks so much for sharing!
Can you tell me if their bedspread/blankets are soft or if I need to take mine? Would you yell me what is included in continental breakfast? I booked king overlooking the river. Looking at picture I wasn't for sure if the underneath side of bedspread was soft or scratchy. I hope I don't regret my change. I had booked at Maples Motor Inn for a M-Th. I love the park setting out front & around back, & that I only had a few people in the pool if I went during the day time. They don't have any breakfast & would have to take my blanket but I did love the setting. I hope my balcony overlook is good enough. I have bad knees & do hang out some at hotel resting my knees. Sucks getting old.
Thanks for reaching out to us! In the rooms we’ve stayed in all of the bedspreads have been standard hotel bedspreads. We typically take pillows and a blanket, regardless of where we stay, so that we the comfort of home with us! 🙂 Their breakfast typically consists of biscuits and sausage gravy, pancakes, cereal, honeybuns, juice, coffee, and milk! We’ve enjoyed our stays at the Valley Forge Inn and look forward to our next visit! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!
