I was interested in how the cutters were made but that wasn't explained here. I had to put up with that annoying, too loud music to find out...not much really.
The die is usually made out of wood. The puzzle pattern is cut into the wood. Blades (rule dies) are inserted into these cuts. The die is loaded in a press and is used basically like a cookie cutter.
I Love Putting Jigsaw Puzzles together I've done a 1000 piece puzzle together I tried a 2000 piece puzzle but some of the end pieces were missing I like to put puzzles together in my free time It's INTRESTING to see how Jigsaw apuZles are made akim
i came here because I wanted to know if they print the design first, or cut the pieces first. Does anyone know? Also, very cool they are entirely made in the US, from first design to boxing. them up. Makes me want to buy their product.
Hello Thank you for sharing. I’m a rock balancing artist and a heart rock collector and I’m curious who do I contact For making up some puzzles for me. I was wondering about quality and a fair prices
During Covid, Puzzles are booming. We have one going all the time. Great video!!! BTW at 1:31 I see a Steeler fan and I did not know that Steeler fans were allowed in Buffalo? HAHA
Thank you for this video. I just bought a puzzle off of Amazon for the first time in probably 45 years and I never thought a manufacturer could hose up a puzzle this badly. I will be looking at buying them direct from you this time.
How is it possible that 10 million puzzles are made every year, but only 75 million puzzles have been made since 1986, as stated. That doesn’t make mathematical sense. Very puzzling.
🤮This was a great story but absolutely terrible background music that is repetitive and is overbearing against the talking! Ruined the story completely! Background music is not necessary!

God that music was annoying ...and literally didn't even show how they are made
My left ear now knows how puzzles are made
Arturo Romo lol
I had stereo with no problem
Too bad your right ear is so ignorant.
What a cush life you must have to complain about stereo not working perfectly.
@@xaviersemel-defeo881 it's bad for someone with OCD
Who ever did sound editing is totally fired, yo.
They must have fixed it
A lot of these have bad audio
Sucks :

I bet the first puzzle was a caveman dropping his rock art and trying to piece it back together.
Didn’t tell me how they make a puzzle , just how many!
With covid19 quarantine we gonna need lots of puzzles now.
I LOVE jigsaw puzzles!
I just completed a puzzle I bought a couple years ago (!) from this brand. Like the CEO said, there was NO dust. 👍
was watching this with only my right earbud in lol
Music is waaay to higher than the voice of the CEO, can’t really get anything out of the video :/
came here to say this. Unwatchable
@@danielbuzi7742 yeah
Only music in the right speaker, his voice comes out of the left speaker exclusively.
Get rid of the music...it doesn't add...it lessens the quality!
Soooo, when do we actually get to the part of how they are making the puzzles?
Title should be : Buffalo Games, a marketing pitch.
Shame I couldn't hear a word the CEO was saying over the music, and closed captions weren't an option for this video. :( Any chance of a transcript?

Imagine getting your hand caught in the puzzle cutter...OMG.
No way you make 2100 boxes per min!!

The design is printed first, and the pieces are cut!
@@estherjose2631 Thanks!
Esther Jose you’d think but I just finished a puzzle and the last two pieces have the design upside on them
@@katherine7444 That's interesting. I actually work here, and we print before we cut

I'm currently working on that puzzle at 3:35.
Typical click-baiting. Really told you very little about how they are made, it was more an ad for the biggest company in the US that does make them.
Dangggg that's interesting
This video does not walk you through the steps of how a puzzle is made. You won't get what you're looking for with this video.
I noticed that the puzzle box has taped corners (2:17) which is quite old fashioned.
So?
i meant with out the music

TURN UP THE MUSIC
no sound? why when he talks nothing
What a disappointment, no subtitles. ☹☹ As a deaf person I rely on subtitles to watch videos.
Hey been around for for 35 years making 10 million a year but only have made 75 million that math doesn't add up
nvm
good report, a whole lot better with the music
Very poor video!!!!! Never explained how puzzles are made!!!!!!
So how come every puzzle I buy was made in China?
I wonder if putting puzzles together would cure or slow down the progression of Alzheimers or Dimentia?
LOSE the music!!!
As if the accent wasn't enough...
worst audio ever. don't you guys check it before posting?
