Once again… Very informative, we enjoy your content and editing skills too. I have a question regarding the Submarine decal located on your starboard helm window. If you don’t mind sharing, we would like to know if you were a submariner :)

MM1/SS, A-Gang. I did 1 cruise on the USS Tinosa, SSN 606, decommissioning cruise, Order of the Ditch (Panama Canal) and Shellback (crossed the equator). Then I spent 6 years on the USS Georgia, SSBN 729, Blue Crew, where I did 10 patrols. 4 knots to nowhere. Lol

@@Letsgochannelsurfing First and foremost, Thank you for your sacrifices and service! I’ve always had a long fascination and respect regarding the history of the submarine… engineering/training/warfare/peace makers. As i’m looking up the USS Tinosa (SSN-606) aka a poisonous, black, tropical fish. She was launched, December 9, 1961. 15 knots surfaced and 28 knots submerged. 278 ft length, 31 ft 7 in Beam, and a “28 ft 5 in draft”! Incredible knowing that in the early 1960s, the United States was the world’s first to have nuclear powered cruisers. Well, nice knowing that with your experience… when you decided to purchase a boat, your overall choice was the R27 Ranger Tug.
Well now we have another reason why we decided to purchase a new R27. lol

Just wondering how your daughter does on the boat? I am in a similar situation.
