I just love his confidence when he says he is the best bass player. When I listen to all the tunes he has played on I think this is true. There many bass players out there but his bass lines are very unique.

Roots Radics - Flabba/ Style/ other members of the band with singers like Johnny Osbourne, Barrington Levi, Linval Thompson etc recorded at channel 1 mixed at King Tubbys by Scientist. That's a major part of my music education as a teen. I now live in Atlanta and blast then tunes very loudly to this day when I drive especially if I feel a little stress to feel good, very therapeutic :)

I and bumpy are friends from boy days and I would have known flabba as well because I used to go on race course lane and bumpy used to live on minstrel Street and was a good dancer before he started singing. Big respect to them both coming from the ghetto and rising to the top of Jamaica music
