What I like about the 16710 is those bezel inserts can be changed out with relative ease giving you three watches in one - a Coke, Pepsi or Black dial. At the tail end of production Rolex did use the 3186 movement, these can be found in some Z & M serials - one full turn of the crown in the hour setting mode will give 5-6 hour shifts for a 3185 and 8-9 if you have the 3186 movement. Regardless, they are awesome watches!
