The truck series debuts itself on an ESPN Network for the first time. Paul Page, Jack Arute, and Phil Parsons will call the action as the Supetrucks make its away around the short track of Mesa Marin in Bakersfield, California.

@oldschoolnascardude1 Just one correction, this is the 2nd race to be on an ESPN related network. The 2nd race of the season/series was on "The Mothership" ESPN back at Tucson Raceway Park.

This is where the very first oval truck race was held -- before NASCAR became involved. The first national truck series was staged by SCCA road racing which included factory teams.
