I saw a similar fly through, using a green screen. The girl was reading a book in the library, and looking over her shoulder the right hand page was simply a sheet of green paper. The video then zoomed into the page and another video opened up showing her walking through campus. As I recall in the end, there is a reverse fly through showing her reading the same book.
Do you suppose you could put together a video like this?

Hi Tomiwa Taiwo-wusu! Just in case, are there other effects applied on the same clip? If so, I'd suggest moving up the Rotoscoping effects to the top of the effects stack to see if the issue resolves. Kdenlive process effects from top to bottom of the effects stack, which can add indirect impacts to those further below. Raising it further towards the top can often help. If this is the only effect on the respective media, and this issue occurs for any clip on which it is applied, it may be worth trying a fresh test project to see if perhaps the project has an issue. If the issue is consistent for any project, it may be worth trying to update Kdenlive. Hope that helps!

What visual effects would you like to explore in #Kdenlive?

      Thanks!

Please Help! Manjaro- spent $100.00 at best buy because I thought the USB microphone I bought may have not been working in Kdenlive Flatpak ver 21. After you tubing and figuring out what the problem could be-After I already bought this expensive microphone- I went to my system settings and selected the hardware from the dropdown list in line output and selected the green checkmark in the box. The audio recording capability worked. But I could only play back and hear it when I unplugged the USB. This is strange because other applications would allow you to play the inserted audio for one to edit and play with without having to unplug it. I have used audacity in the past and never had to unplug my microphone before to hear what I have produced. This is for my son's school project which they only gave us two days notice. and its due tomorrow. Can any one please help me understand this ? Thank you in advance!!!

You microphone is most likely set as the speaker .
Check your output if it’s set to headset that’s your problem

Hi BirdStrike Gaming! Thank you so much for watching and leaving some feedback! The video was intended as a proof-of-concept demonstration of some of the visual effect capabilities within #KDEnlive, which could be applied to a variety of scenarios involving passing through one thing into another. Just for curiosity, can you clarify the kind of effect you were seeking? Perhaps it's another topic we can explore on this channel!
