I have the Chinese version and made a few vids about it.
I am so happy that I canceled my Fold 6 pre order and went with the Honor Magic V3 instead. This phone is 2 years ahead of the Fold.
The phone is very fast and light and has great battery life, Honor honesty did a great job hardware all-around.
I'm a long time Fold 4 user and have been almost exclusively with Samsung since the Galaxy S2, and Magic OS is very close to One UI in terms of features. It also has some great features that One UI doesn't have. I especially love their faster multitasking gestures, large homescreen folders, and mini-windows.

FYI: The Magic V2 Global version works on pretty much all the USA carriers. So I assume that once the V3 Global comes out you will be able to buy it online and import it to USA and have it work on VZW, ATT, TMo etc. So if there are any USA ppl curious if they can buy this and use it, the answer is yes but buy the global version once its released.
Very true. Just ordered a Vivo X Fold 3 Pro Global. I just prefer the finger print on screen then side button and camera is a little better. But I do love the hardware of the Honor Magic V3.
How can you order one when it releases
Sorry man, but a review is not a data sheet readout. You gotta talk about user experience, comparisson against competitors, etc as opposed to MegaPascals, battery density or folding cycles that are totally obscure to anyone.
Hi, nowhere have I referred to this as a review. It's more a preview of the hardware which is impressive, everything else is to be revealed on 5 Sept as I mentioned in the video

Software means a lot when it comes to phones. The design is great but still like the Samsung software. But either way in the US its limted to what we can get.
The fact that the OnePlus open is still the best foldable in all criteria is wild considering that it's already a year old
Except no wireless charging and the software is ugly.

I may be switching to this from the z-fold 6 when this one is out. I hope it will be available in the US
I find it, like many others, genuinely difficult to choose between the Fold 6 and the V3. I’m coming from an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and the size of the iPhone bothers me as I don’t have large hands, but I don’t want to give up a larger smartphone display. That’s why the Fold 6 is quite appealing to me.
After some analysis, I came up with the following comparison. The advantages of one device are often significant disadvantages of the competitor. It really comes down to which pros and cons matter more to you personally, in terms of which device would make you happier in the end.

+Better-tuned camera photos
+Longer-lasting battery despite technically smaller size
+Better gaming performance despite using the same Snapdragon, but running about 4°C cooler at max temperature
+The display dims less frequently under warm sunlight
+Significantly better speakers (Especially important since, in my opinion, a tablet shouldn’t sound bad if you use it consistently)
+More refined software features
-Unfortunately, a more reflective screen
-A significantly more noticeable crease
-Worse low-light and zoom camera performance
-Slower charging
-Worse water resistance

+Thinner, but only without considering the camera bump

@@sirnikolas 90% of ppl with a stylus never uses it especially not enough to justify getting one over another phone. And before you say it I already know you one of the 3 ppl in your state needs a pen because you use it more than you use the actual phone. Everything else you said is irrelevant. You can’t speak on google in case you owned one. Larger battery doesn’t mean it’s better for longevity or last longer daily you should know that based off what Apple has done. A thinner phone does what again?? Google still has a thin phone making it thinner does nothing for a phone that’s already thin. What does the ecosystem look like? How many years of updates? What about AI? You don’t even know what Google cameras are capable of! Everything you have seen was in software that isn’t even released or finalized yet 🤣🤣🤣 you can continue to hurt your case arguing on a GOOGLE platform 🤣🤣🤣
@@NSGProductionsYT the thinner any phone is the more comfortable it is in the pocket. I agree with you in regards to battery capacity, but a larger capacity does help. I have no issue with the new pixel line of phones.
I've been lucky enough to have had hands on time with both of these phones. The Honor truly is a better all-round phone than the new pixel fold. Come September 5 and you'll see for yourself.

Any chance of seeing it next to the V2 in closeup please? Specifically the thickness folded and unfolded. I've only had my v2 for 6 months but the wireless charging and better cameras are enticing. Not so sure I would notice any difference in thickness in the hand, though I do find the rounded edges of the V2 dig in to my hands a little, I would prefer straighter edges and think the V3 has slightly flatter edges.

Precisely, most of these reviews are little more than "ads" and if you go to their site you'll see it's so much of an ad that they feature this "ad" on their site. SuperSaf should be embarrassed about that. He's serving the advertisers, not his subscribers, which is fine but he should disclose that it's an ad within 10 seconds of the video starting.

I would like an ultra version please Honor...with larger screen.
Also please make the stylus independant of bluetooth, it has a poor battery life... I want a sharper nib also and a case to carry it together. Please keep improving the note taking app so that its as good as Samsung notes.

Apparently the price in Europe is the same as thw ZF 6 and in the UK a £100 cheaper. For that you get a charger and case in the box where it belongs.
Software support is olny 3+1 years but it's more than enough in my opinion.

global version works fine in USA and on USA carriers, you just need to buy it online when it comes out and dont expect any support or warranty. you can buy on places like averagee dad tech store or wonda mobile.

Technicaly it's the best foldable phone in the world but unfortunately the software let's it down. The software still has a way to go to match Samsung.
What really annoys me is the Chinese version is £500 cheaper includes a fast charger and excellent case. In the west we are paying a shed load more and getting less
