What you may need to do is empty your cart out completely take all tools out then re-position the cart on its backside so that now you are looking downward on the cart ...It will give you a better visual and enable you to place the bearings back in place from top to bottom as well as slide and lock the bottom drawer back inn ...It will be able to give you a better angle and give you different leverage when positioning the bearings it is not as easy why the cart is sitting upwards
Thank you for that suggestion! May have to try it in the meantime. Called Harbor Freight and they are mailing me a new set of slides. I will have to re rivet them in myself but I am just glad it will be working again. I think the slide was defective because none of the other ones are even loose but this one completely fell apart which leads me to believe it is bent or just a bad part
@@jetskirehab750 Had the same thing happen to me. I could not find a way to insert the bb slide strip back in the drawer slide no matter what I tried. I called HF and they too are sending me a pair of slides. I hope riveting them in will work.

Did you find out how to take the old ones off and replace it with a new slide?
