Why do so many riders act like cars shouldn't be able to change lanes? If you're going fast enough that a car changing lanes while doing the speed limit "cut you off", you weren't cut off - you created a dangerous situation by making traffic unpredictable. You accepted the risk, you need to own it when it doesn't work out. It's your fault, not the car.

Had this happen to me, called 999 as car was flipped and couldn't see in, we thought for sure someone was inside probably dead but they turned up, turns out we knew the people from a show we do, this happened on my older brothers birthday at around 11 o clock at night going to a mates house
