Some AXS events that you purchase will not show your ticket until it is loaded (sometimes it’s same day other times it’s a few days before the event takes place). If you bought through the box office then just need to be patient for them to load it into your account. If you purchased resale tickets, then it depends when the seller finally transfers the seats to you
i'm planning to buy tickets on axs for the first time next week. do you have any suggestions on where i can find a ticket BUYING tutorial for this site? thanks!
An excellent question! I don’t have anything filmed right now but let me add it as a video idea to get pumped out! In general though, the events will sometimes have waiting rooms so always check the AXS page at least 10 mins before an event goes on sale. If it does, join in as early as you can. If it doesn’t, then you actually need to refresh the page as soon as the event goes live to get in normally to enter in as a free for all. Once through, enter any presale code needed if applicable and you normally will be given the option of a few price points and total number of seats. Maps don’t normally appear right away (though for some events it does, rare though for on sale). After you do a search, the tickets will cart or you’ll get an error saying nothing available. Keep trying but don’t refresh too often or else it’ll give you a temporary IP ban. After tickets are carted, log into AXS to complete the purchase
@@thumbsuprun so we shouldn’t log into axs before the ticket sale? and would it be helpful to have multiple windows open to see which gets thru quickest? and why should you “join in as early as you can” if there’s a waiting room? sorry for the many questions 😅
1 don’t need to log in early for AXS 2 do not open multiple tabs for the same event on the same device. That will create problems. Use different devices on different networks instead if you can 3 head to the page early to see IF there is a waiting room. If there is, just hop in. If there isn’t one within 5 mins before the event goes on sale, then you will just need to refresh when it’s time
Some events have a delay on selling tickets through ticketmaster, while other events simply will not turn on the sell feature. It’s up to the artist or promoter to decide if an event is eligible for resale or not. If you cannot sell through ticketmaster, you may consider listing and selling the tickets on another platform if the transfer option is available to you
Just only select one ticket to sell instead of both (or however many you have in your account). Just list one seat and you should be able to list and sell a single seat
@@thumbsuprun Hey thanks so much for replying! I only get the options to, sell any number, sell all tickets or sell only even numbers. Not sure what would apply to selling just the one standing ticket and keeping my other one? I guess "sell any number" ? Just dont want to put that and both go on sale!
Ah I get your issue. The trick here is to go back out and start the listing process again. This time though, do not select all of the seats during the listing process. If you only select 1 seat to list of sale, then you can pick ‘sell any number’. This way the second seat isn’t getting listed at all so it won’t matter how you list it. Make sense? You’re not forced to list all of your tickets at the same time when selecting them from the list of available seats you have. If I sell my ticket for $400 and the AXS commission fee is, let's say $80. Once sold, will I be given $320 or will the buyer pay that fee and be charged $480?
My card linked to paypal is not a card issued in uk, where the event took place. Is that an issue? It's a revolut so has a libanese IBAN, but within the card I can open different accounts in various currencies including GBP though. Try to do it from a different device if you haven’t been able to connect your PayPal account yet, otherwise you’ll need to reach back out to the AXS support team
It depends on the event, most will be within a few minutes, sometimes an event will have a delivery delay on it and won’t deliver tickets until a specific date (48 hours before an event). Double check the event page and see if there is a delay stated. When the tickets get loaded to your account, you’ll receive an email from AXS stating the tickets are ready for you

Hi, I love your videos. Just a request from my side. Would love to see a video that shows ways to identify event tickets that would be in high demand. In simple words tickets that would sell fast.
An excellent idea! In general the best way to know if an event will sell fast is really based on the artist/event themselves, but then also a big factor is the location and date too. Technically anything could sell fast, but would it sell fast and at a profit? There’s a lot of factors at play. I’ll add this to my list of videos to make though, definitely a great topic!
Hello, this is my first time using axs so I had a quick question on if you can enter all your info before buying the tickets or if you had to enter your info while you select your ticket/buy them? Thank you
You only need to enter your info AFTER you cart the tickets but before you finalize the purchase. So you can do a search to see what tickets are available first, and if you end up with something you like, only then do you need to enter your info during the checkout process
Hello, a friend has transferred me 2 tickets and I have received the transfer email, but it's been more than 12 hours and the tickets still don't appear in my app. Is it normal?
You normally need to accept the tickets from the transfer instead of just getting the email. Open the email and see if there is an accept button It that you need to click and accept. Once that’s done, it should appear instantly
Hi when listing a price for a ticket do I include the fees for the ticket or just base price cause the tickets I bought are $27 base price but $40 with all the fees
When you list a ticket, the price you list is the price you’ll get paid for (less fees). So assuming a 10% fee and a listed sales price of $50/ticket, you’ll get paid $45 net per ticket sold. If they are asking for a face value cost, normally you would include all fees when putting the value in
Yep! Once they get loaded into your account you need the event to activate the sell button for you to sell them through AXS. If you don’t have it active though, you can look to sell the tickets on Stubhub or another platform - you’d just have to transfer the tickets to the buyer once sold instead of selling direct through AXS

@@thumbsuprun Thank you for the quick response. I was confused when I was doing it by the wording where it said what my payout would be if all tickets sold for my full asking price. It was worded as though they could be sold for less than my asking price. Thank you.
AXS generally has instant delivery on all tickets. The only time there could be a delay is if you purchase AXS event tickets from a different platform and then they need to be transferred over to you
I enjoy it, I find its very user friendly and being able to generate different kinds of reports super helpful too. Doesn’t work for me perfectly for accounting purposes though since it doesn’t really handle multi currency well
You can sell tickets purchased elsewhere on AXS so long as the event is an AXS event. AXS resale only supports their own events. If it’s a Ticketmaster event that you purchased tickets for, then you wouldn’t be able to list and sell them on AXS currently
If the transfer feature is enabled, it means you can sell the tickets on a different platform like Stubhub and sell them as mobile transfer tickets. When they sell, you’ll be able to simply transfer the tickets from AXS to the buyers email address and that’s it! Super simple 😁
what happens if my axs tickets don't sell I put them on resale because axs do not do refunds :( I can't afford them anymore and need to sell them to get money back
If they don’t sell then unfortunately you’ll get back nothing 😢 what is the event you’re trying to sell? If the transfer option is available, you could also look to sell the tickets on a different platform as well

A friend transferred her tickets to me on Friday but they still haven’t showed up in the app. I got the email right away, but the transfer page is still blank. It’s been 3 days. Does it usually take this long for transfered tickets to show up?.
Have your tickets been delivered into your account yet? You will normally receive an email when tickets are available for use/transfer/sale. If you download the AXS app you’ll be able to head to your events page much easier
Hi, my daughter bough two wrong tickets first and is trying to sell them via AXS Sweden. There is no sell tickets button in her account. What we need to do?
It depends on what event you are selling the ticket from because some events you will be able to sell the tickets some event you will not be able to sell the tickets at all
hi , i orders a ticket for an concert in new york but my ticket is not appearing ( this ticket is a resale ) but the other 2 tickets i ordered for the show is popping up , what should i do ?
Resale tickets may have a different delivery timeframe. Double check your order confirmation email and it should specify your delivery type and delivery date as to when to expect the tickets to arrive. Any tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster that are NOT resale will appear immediately, while resale tickets sometimes will not if they need to be manually transferred from the seller to you
If they don’t transfer the ticket then you can contact Ticketmaster and get a full refund on the order or they will find you replacement tickets equivalent or better than what you had purchased. You need to contact them on the day the tickets were supposed to be delivered - if they don’t come that day you are then able to get replacements
I believe only credit card - you can attempt to try and save a debit card as an option but it should give an error if it won’t accept it. However, I have never personally tried so I can’t say for sure one way or another
hey! im interested in purchasing tickets from axs (from resellers via axs) are they trustworthy? cause i know you said that only axs tickets can be sold via axs. like the reseller can't put it on ticketmaster or seat geek and possibly scam two parties? i just want to make sure since the concert im looking at is for harry styles in a few days!
You will see tickets listed on resale platforms other than AXS for sale (like Ticketmaster and Stubhub) and it’ll just simply say they are mobile transfer or flash seats delivery. This simply means they are going to transfer the tickets to your AXS account. Instead of the sale taking place inside of AXS it’ll happen externally but the process is the same. No different than a Ticketmaster ticket being sold on Stubhub as an example. As long as the resale marketplace is legit you’ll be fine with purchasing tickets from there, even if they are AXS tickets
I bought the wrong tickets on presale but it won’t let me sell them, is it because the general sale hasn’t started yet or do I have to wait for the ticket code to come a week before the concert before I can sell it?
Many events won’t enable resale until the general sale takes place, but if they never open it up directly on ticketmaster then you may need to use another platform to sell your tickets such as Stubhub. The process is a bit more involved but can be done as long as the tickets are transferable
I received a email my tickets have been sold on my axs app, when is my money back to my bank account..?? or I need make some on my axs app.. ??? or just wait ..?? Thank you
Money will get added to your AXS balance and will be able to be withdrawn after the event is over (usually 7-10 days after). You will need to also link your bank account to your AXS account to be able to withdraw your funds
How do you sell electronic tickets purchased with AXS - they tell you to use the app but because my tickets are not physical tickets the option is greyed out
If you try from the desktop, does it let you do so that way? Basically from your tickets page it should have the available that way. If not though, you may want to consider listing and selling the tickets on a different platform unfortunately.
Hi again! I just bought a resale ticket on axs, and the ticket is in my mobile app account but didn't get a email from axs saying it was in my account. Does that mean my ticket is still pending? I'm nervous my ticket might be taken out of my account or cancelled. I hope my question made sense!
Normally you get the ticket loaded to your AXS account email when you purchase tickets from the box office directly. Resale purchases should load automatically though. If you see the ticket in your account already and you can transfer/resell the ticket, then nothing to worry about 😀
Great video. How long does it usually take before the tickets I listed for resale show up in the AXS Official Resale section? Your video said it can take a bit but is it a few minutes or a few days?
@@thumbsuprun I listed my tickets for a show about 2 hours ago and there's nothing showing as available in the AXS Official Resale section... not my tickets or any tickets at all. Have you seen that before? It's for Gracie Abrams in Neumos, Seattle WA.
That’s definitely an odd one. I wonder if the event is not set up correctly for listing tickets since it’s a GA event, though AXS would generally be on top of this. You could consider contacting AXS directly to confirm why it isn’t displaying correctly/if the event is actually supposed to have the resale side enabled, or you can look to list your tickets on a different platform if the transfer option is available for the event. Unfortunately not something you run into every day 😭
Once sold, you’ll generally get paid out after the event takes place, about 5-7 business days after the fact. Make sure you have your banking info set up beforehand so you don’t get stuck with any delays. Then just have to wait for the event to take place
The money is sent after the event in all cases? I sold for an event which takes place next year, I will have my money until then O.O? Thanks for the video btw very helpful @@thumbsuprun
Hi I notice AXS have put a 10% cap on what you can charge above face value of a ticket when reselling which would not make it worthwhile however I also notice a lot of the tickets advertised for resell on AXS are way above this 10% cap and often twice the value of a face value ticket. Do people just ignore this 10% limit and just advertise what price they want and if so will AXS honour the selling price if it is above the 10 Cap? Thanks for your help.
If there is a cap, it’s usually based on an event by event basis. Some artists or promoters will put a cap in place. However, many events will let you exceed this amount and let you sell the ticket for what you want, so it’s really dependent on each event separately. For the event you’re looking at specifically, are prices above the 10% limit you see?
If they don’t sell, you can either use the tickets themselves…or they become worthless digital lines of code. Either have to get the sold or give them away if you aren’t going to be able to use them
😢 sorry to hear! I have a video talking about what happens to tickets that don’t sell if you want a little laugh. But yeah, it’s tough when they don’t end up getting sold 😣
As far as I’m aware, I don’t believe you can update your name on an AXS account. You may need to contact customer service to make any changes on that side
Have you been reselling many tickets through the AXS platform in the past or buying tickets to events that were not supposed to be eligible for resale? You should contact the AXS support team to get more details on the error though to determine why they issued that error though. A quick google search seems to show a breach of AXS terms of service is the most common culprit so you may need to review your activity on the platform. Would recommend starting by contacting AXS though
Hi! thank you so much for this, but there's something that is not very clear to me, what is the correct listing option for selling just ONE ticket? My listing options are "sell any number, sell all tickets (no spit) or sell only even numbers". I buy two tickets but the person who was going with me can't anymore, so I want to sell his ticket 'cause im still going and I don't want to mess it up and ended up selling my ticket too, hope you can help me :)
In this case, when going through the listing process, only select the checkbox on a single ticket. Don’t select both. That way, you can list and sell just the one seat. Use the sell all tickets option AFTER only selecting the single seat for sale

You can sell tickets purchased elsewhere on AXS so long as the event is an AXS event. AXS resale only supports their own events. If it’s a Ticketmaster event that you purchased tickets for, then you wouldn’t be able to list and sell them on AXS currently
it says that I can transfer, what does that do?
If the transfer feature is enabled, it means you can sell the tickets on a different platform like Stubhub and sell them as mobile transfer tickets. When they sell, you’ll be able to simply transfer the tickets from AXS to the buyers email address and that’s it! Super simple 😁
@@thumbsuprun oooh okay, I will try to figure out how to do that! thank you so much!!!!
Reach out with any other questions!
what happens if my axs tickets don't sell
I put them on resale because axs do not do refunds :( I can't afford them anymore and need to sell them to get money back
If they don’t sell then unfortunately you’ll get back nothing 😢 what is the event you’re trying to sell? If the transfer option is available, you could also look to sell the tickets on a different platform as well
@@thumbsuprun ATEEZ OVO WEMBLEY ARENA 1st May I am trying to sell 2 C3 tickets :(
Hello Everyone, I brought 6 tickets with insurance for a concert. How can i cancel and get the total amount($2100/-) what ever i paid for tickets and insurance? please help me
A friend transferred her tickets to me on Friday but they still haven’t showed up in the app. I got the email right away, but the transfer page is still blank. It’s been 3 days. Does it usually take this long for transfered tickets to show up?.
The your events page doesn’t show up for me
Have your tickets been delivered into your account yet?
Any tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster that are NOT resale will appear immediately, while resale tickets sometimes will not if they need to be manually transferred from the seller to you
@@thumbsuprun yes and that’s the problem too they never gave me a confirmation code 😢, i emailed yesterday but still didn’t get a email back.
@@thumbsuprun and about the seller transferring them to me .. what will happen if they don’t ?
If they don’t transfer the ticket then you can contact Ticketmaster and get a full refund on the order or they will find you replacement tickets equivalent or better than what you had purchased. You need to contact them on the day the tickets were supposed to be delivered - if they don’t come that day you are then able to get replacements
Seller fee actually looks to only be 7.5% and not 15% for this event…doh! 🤦🏽 Anyone else have experience with seller fees on AXS?
Just an fyi when I try to give this video a thumps up it takes away from the count instead of adding to it
Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully it doesn’t go down to 0...😬
Can you sell with debit card or does it have to be credit?
I believe only credit card - you can attempt to try and save a debit card as an option but it should give an error if it won’t accept it. However, I have never personally tried so I can’t say for sure one way or another
Do you know if it's possible to resell a ticket you bought on resale? Hope it makes sense! :)
You absolutely can!
@@thumbsuprun But are you sure? :) hahah
Lol makes perfect sense. You can resell a ticket you purchased off resale 😁
@@thumbsuprun I meant if you can transfer a resale ticket to a friend
Yes you can transfer tickets multiple times. So once you receive it, you can again transfer tickets to your friends
hey! im interested in purchasing tickets from axs (from resellers via axs) are they trustworthy? cause i know you said that only axs tickets can be sold via axs. like the reseller can't put it on ticketmaster or seat geek and possibly scam two parties? i just want to make sure since the concert im looking at is for harry styles in a few days!
I received a email my
tickets have been sold on my axs app,
when is my money back to my bank account..??
or I need make some on my axs app.. ???
or just wait ..??
Thank you
Money will get added to your AXS balance and will be able to be withdrawn after the event is over (usually 7-10 days after).
If you see the ticket in your account already and you can transfer/resell the ticket, then nothing to worry about 😀
@@thumbsuprun thank you!
Great video. How long does it usually take before the tickets I listed for resale show up in the AXS Official Resale section? Your video said it can take a bit but is it a few minutes or a few days?
It’ll normally be a few minutes, not days. Should be relatively instant for the most part
Unfortunately not something you run into every day 😭
How do you get paid once you sell them? I sold a ticket on the 19th and still haven’t been paid.
Anyone know what happens if the listed tickets don’t sell ?
If they don’t sell, you can either use the tickets themselves…or they become worthless digital lines of code. Either have to get the sold or give them away if you aren’t going to be able to use them
@@thumbsuprun so there’s no refund or money back if they didn’t sell right?
Correct. Money is gone if they don’t end up selling
@@thumbsuprun unfortunate for me :(
Thanks for the help!
😢 sorry to hear! I have a video talking about what happens to tickets that don’t sell if you want a little laugh. But yeah, it’s tough when they don’t end up getting sold 😣
Hi do u know how to change name on axs account o have been trying for months
As far as I’m aware, I don’t believe you can update your name on an AXS account. You may need to contact customer service to make any changes on that side
When i try to sell my tickets it says “ticket management has been deactivated for your account” does anyone have any help?
Have you been reselling many tickets through the AXS platform in the past or buying tickets to events that were not supposed to be eligible for resale? You should contact the AXS support team to get more details on the error though to determine why they issued that error though. A quick google search seems to show a breach of AXS terms of service is the most common culprit so you may need to review your activity on the platform. Would recommend starting by contacting AXS though
@@thumbsuprun Iv been trying to call ans it won’t work, this would be my first time selling a ticket and I can’t even transfer it
Hi! thank you so much for this, but there's something that is not very clear to me, what is the correct listing option for selling just ONE ticket? My listing options are "sell any number, sell all tickets (no spit) or sell only even numbers". I buy two tickets but the person who was going with me can't anymore, so I want to sell his ticket 'cause im still going and I don't want to mess it up and ended up selling my ticket too, hope you can help me :)
In this case, when going through the listing process, only select the checkbox on a single ticket. Don’t select both. That way, you can list and sell just the one seat. Use the sell all tickets option AFTER only selecting the single seat for sale
comments not working ??
Not sure what happened there, saw you posted a couple but they kept deleting before I could read them 😣
@@thumbsuprun SI.com tickets is an interesting new player in the ticket transfer landscape with a flat 10 dollar fee that should put some pressure in stub hub. Hope the move to the GTA went smoothly and make sure that you post a big leaf flag behind you in the background as you are in leaf territory now.
Haha I got the Jays flag getting ready to be set up, can never let myself become a leafs fan..ever 😆. SI tickets is an interesting one for sure. They bought out and transitioned Lunatix at the end of June to the SI platform and the flat fee is certainly intriguing. I’ll need to look into it and see if they mark up tickets internally and change the displayed prices to include fees or not. Regardless, it’s good to see new players enter this arena!
this app is trash, i bouught a Dota Major ticket for 99€ and it does’t appear in my ticket list 😡
AXS doesn’t always load tickets instantly into your account. They will delay the loading of tickets sometimes and then delay the ability to transfer and sell tickets again just to try and keep people from being able to resell their seats
If I resell tickets on AXS , I am in India, and the even is in London , can the resell amount on AXS get refunded to my PayPal account in INDIA?
It depends on whether AXS allows you to withdraw the funds to PayPal or not. In general AXS offers a PayPal withdrawal so it should allow you to do so
Are axs RESALE tickets legit ? Will I get scammed? Please let me know asap bc I want to buy resale tickets for a concert this Saturday
Totally legitimate. AXS is similar to Ticketmaster in that they are a major box office for numerous venues. All tickets are guaranteed
Did you buy the ticket at axs?

@@JoseJuarez-nb4js yes I did! I bought resale tickets and they are legit!

For selling side, you can do so by signing in, clicking my account, selling info, and then add account. Should have a section for PayPal there
