How to CONVERT and INSTALL a plug in CHANDELIER to a hardwire & install a CEILING MEDALLION

Converting a plugin to a hardwire Chandelier and installing it, is much easier then you think.
In this video I will show you how we did it and also :" How to install a Celing Medallion. I will have all the items and tools listed below. I searched high and low for the "perfect" Chandelier for my laundry room and found this one, but it was a plug in! Since I really loved it I converted it and it was no problem! That is easy to fix!

Items I used:
CHRYSTAL CHANDELIER by Amalfi Decor
Bulbs
Hardwire installation kit Kit (mine came with the Chandelier)
Screwdriver
Wire cutter
Wire stripper (got mine at Homedepot)
Magnifying glass (in case you can't read the tiny writing on the hot wire)
Wire connectors (mine came with the installation kit, but you can get them at the local hardware store)
CEILING MEDALLION (12½" Diameter) see Amazon link below
Finishing nails (I used Everbilt fine finishing nails #15x1-1/2 in)
White Gloss Spray paint ( I used Rust-oleum)
Adhesive (I used Loctite Power Grab from Homedepot)
Blue painters tape (Local hardware store)
Hammer
Nail punch (Local Hardware store)
Patching compound (I used Dap DryDex Spackling)
